BREAKING NATIONAL SECURITY: STATE OF MINNESOTA HIDING MEXICAN CARTEL SOLDIERS AND FOREIGN ENEMY INSURGENTS IN NETWORK OF TRAILER PARKS
My sources have uncovered to me that the STATE OF MINNESOTA is HIDING a secret army of cartel soldiers, including “Mexican Cartel” using a vast network of manufactured homes (i.e., TRAILER PARKS).
Cartel soldiers are using the physical mailing addresses of trailer homes to obtain a Minnesota driver’s license and vote.
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison are using the STATE OF MINNESOTA to provide protective cover for a network of manufactured homes that are being used to house individuals who effectively stay hidden from view of law enforcement because the manufactured homes are strategically kept under the name of a prior (sometimes dead) owner.
On March 11, 2026, CoNorth said via a press release, “CoNorth Receives Bush Foundation Community Innovation Award to Develop Entry Level Homes”. The CoNorth website contains U.S. maps that show the extent of the trailer park network across the United States.
HOLMSETH INVESTIGATION (EXAMPLE) TRACY, MINNESOTA [CEDAR LANE TRAILER PARK] [TACTICS OF INSURGENTS]
I possess EVIDENCE that Law enforcement in Lyon County, MN is presently holding a prisoner they accuse of being with the “Mexican Cartel” in Mankato, MN (Blue Earth County).
I have uncovered a network of public officials in Minnesota (e.g., [now former] Lyon County Auditor Aurora Heard, Lyon County Board of Commissioners, Southwest Health and Human Services, etc.) that are conspiring between themselves to commit illegal acts to protect the manufactured home network from being exposed.
For instance – my investigation revealed that (now former) Lyon County Auditor Aurora Heard (a legal agent of the STATE OF MINNESOTA) ignored taxes due on a trailer home at Cedar Lane Trailer Park – – – records show the “Personal Property Tax” on the trailer home had not been paid since 2011. Heard ignored the due taxes. During the passing of years, the NAME of the ORIGINAL OWNER of the TRAILER STAYED THE SAME – despite the original owner not living there anymore. However, the trailer CONTINUED TO BE USED by unknown persons (and still is to this day). I witnessed Heard being confronted about what she was doing. After being caught in the act, Heard logged into the government computer system and cleaned up the mess by wiping out years of delinquent taxes. However, Heard did NOT remove the name of the owner.
The prior owner of Cedar Lane Trailer Park is Michael Grover. Grover was creating a problem for the government’s agenda because, basically, he refused to go along with the government’s shenanigans. To protect the cartel hiding place, the conspirators formed a plan to improperly use Minnesota Southwest Health and Human Services to revoke Grover’s license.
