UPDATE on my investigation into a network of international cartel soldier safehouses disguised as trailer parks in Minnesota where criminals are being hidden and able to vote.

I’m inquiring into a death in the City of Marshall (Lyon County, MN).

I have sources in Southwest Minnesota.

My source said a dead body was found in a vehicle and that a man from Tracy, MN, “Michael Grover”, was at the scene.

The local news in Tracy, MN is saturated with stories about Michael Grover and a huge battle he’s having with the government about his trailer park (Cedar Lane).

I received email communications from Melissa Grover. Melissa Grover said her husband Michael Grover and Justin James Larson had been at the scene.

“[The] case was investigated and closed back in nov/early dec.. probably drug overdose, she probably went in her car to sleep because these lovely courts do stoopid shit causing people homelessness or blocking them from going to their homes, and froze to death.–was cold then.. just guessing- but pretty common,” Melissa Grover said.

“Mike and justin were at the apartment building that day, taking stuff out of the trash; (justin makes stuff that is amazing and in apartment buildings trash cans, there is alot of stuff that isn’t trash–takes it and sells it or makes new stuff from it). justin was asked to start the girls moms car while they were there. i don’t know her name, Justin got in the car and saw something that didn’t look right. something in the backseat looked like they were sleeping wasn’t expecting anyone in there, did not see any face, he got freaked out.. so he jumped out of the car and called the woman who owned the car to go check. immediately he and mike left; mike was right there… He really didn’t know either one that well, the girl they found in the car would call him on occasion to help with their cars starting and fixing because they didn’t have anyone to help them. He doesn’t know anything else. Justin is NOT involved in any of that crap,” Melissa Grover said.

Marshall Police Department Detective Jason Kopitski spoke with Alexandra Koukounakis, host of the Canadian talk shows ‘Infiltrated by Truth Punisher’ and ‘UP CLOSE’.

Although Melissa Grover said the death case was closed – Kopitski said it’s an “active investigation”.

Detective Kopitski stated he is with the MN Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA). He said the case is an “active investigation” that began on December 1, 2025. The name of the deceased person is Lauren Kathleen Pegram. The published obituary states the last day of Lauren Pegram’s life was November 26, 2025. Kopitski said they were still waiting for forensic evidence from the BCA.

There’s 4 days of time between 11.26.25 and 12.01.25.

Jeff Carpenter, City Administrator, Tracy, MN, did not know about the dead body story. He told Koukounakis to alert the Marshall Independent.
