On August 25, 2026, War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth [me] (Holmseth is a news reporter and publisher who was deemed a War Correspondent by U.S. Judge Clifton L. Corker – 2:23-cv-00011 – Eastern District of Tennessee) was among a target list of American citizens who were struck during a coordinated attack in Eastern Tennessee by a foreign insurgency of un-uniformed enemy soldiers working in tandem with the CIA.
On August 27, 2026, District Attorney General Jimmy Dunn was arrested in Sevier County, Tennessee. According to a grand jury presentment, District Attorney General Jimmy Dunn was accused of orchestrating the unlawful arrest of publisher Erik Cooper in Sevier County, Tennessee.
