ESPIONAGE INVESTIGATION: DID VIRGINIA ATTORNEY ELLIOTT PARK LIE TO THE U.S. COURT REGARDING STOLEN FILES AND COMPUTERS FROM BISS LAW OFFICE?

On November 2, 2023, Randi Lynn Erickson contacted Attorney Elliott Park to speak to Park about her open case and files with Steven Scott Biss’ Law Office, Virginia.
Park, who had been appointed receiver to Biss’ law office, told Erickson that Biss suffered a stroke, and all of his files were in disarray and/or missing. Park told Erickson that Biss had basically no money to his name (he had $10.oo).
On December 31, 2023, Erickson contacted Park and advised Park she believes she knows where all of Biss’ money went.
But there’s more.
Here’s what’s going on.
Questions have arisen regarding the role of Elliott P. Park, the Richmond, Virginia attorney who was appointed receiver for the law practice of Steven S. Biss, Virginia. Biss is the high-profile DC area attorney who represents many national profile members of the Intelligence Community including clients such as:
- Devin Nunes (former chairman of the House Intelligence Committee) CEO of TRUTH SOCIAL
- Retired General Michael Flynn [and Flynn family] (former Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) former National Security Advisor to President Donald J. Trump
- Attorney Kash Patel (former advisor to President Donald J. Trump, aid to Devin Nunes, Senior Advisor to the Director of National Security under President Trump)
- Dan Bongino (former U.S. Secret Service)
- Robert David Steele (former CIA)
- Randi Lynn Erickson (former Truth & Taxation Judge, Minnesota)
- Timothy Charles Holmseth (War Correspondent, Investigative Journalist)
On December 30, 2023, we reported, “PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP HOLDS THE KEY TO “PANDORA’S BOX” – U.S. COURT FILING BY RICHMOND ATTORNEY ELLIOTT PARK ANNOUNCES “INJUNCTIVE RELIEF” FILING THAT WILL OPEN THE BOX“.
On December 31, 2023, we reported, “EXCLUSIVE: TRUMP’S “PANDORA’S BOX” IS CALLED “WITCHES CANDY” – U.S. COURT SETS DATE OF JANUARY 5, 2024, ON CRITICAL DEADLINE“.
Attorney Park was appointed receiver to Biss’ law office and files after Biss suffered a “stroke” at the same time his law office was broken into and his files, as well as his computers, were stolen.
On December 1, 2023. Park filed a letter in case number 3:21-cv-00573 to the U.S. Court wherein he said, “Steven S. Biss suffered a debilitating stroke on 16 August 2023, and the Charlottesville Circuit Court appointed me receiver on 20 September 2023. Sometime between Mr. Biss stroke and my appointment, someone broke into Mr. Biss’ office, searching through his files, leaving files in gross disarray, and possibly removing files and other items”.

Park continued.
“I was able to access Mr. Biss’ office for the first time on Tuesday, 3 October 2023 at 0930. At that time, the office did not have a computer, although it had computer-related items (e.g. connecting cables, printers, and monitors) indicating that a computer had been there. Also, at that time, I was unable to find open or pending files. I have been investigating the location of the computer and the open, pending files which I believe contain contact information for Ms. Steele and Earth Intelligence Network. As recently as yesterday, I was able to obtain an e-mail address for Ms. Steele, and 1 have communicated with her by e-mail and telephone this morning. Finally, based on extensive, credible, and corroborating evidence from various sources, including attorneys at the Virginia State Bar, Mr. Biss’ conservator, Mr. Biss’s clients, Mr. Biss’s family, and me in my capacity as receiver, I believe I know who possesses Mr. Biss’ computer and open, pending files. The Virginia State Bar is currently preparing a motion seeking injunctive relief from the Charlottesville Circuit Court to obtain the computer and files, among other things.
My investigation continues, and I have intentionally omitted details of my investigation in this letter to avoid compromising the Virginia State Bar’s attempt to seek injunctive relief. However, if the Court has any questions or requires more details, I am willing to cooperate,” Park said.
On November 20, 2023, Manuel Chavez (aka Defango), went Live on his You Tube channel and discussed his role in the situation regarding the Biss law office files.
“Somebody is lying right now. And right now, I can unequivocally say that the Binnall Law Group and Jesse Binnall are lying about this situation. Specifically, Jared J. Roberts and Jason Greaves because number one, no files were stolen. The State of Virginia BAR receiver has the laptop and has all of the files that are contained within and there is and there has never been any issue for any of Biss’s clients to get their files if they were contacted by this individual,” Chavez said.
Chavez categorically mentioned “Jesse Binnall” who is an attorney with Binnall Law Group who represents Donald Trump.
Chavez also mentioned Attorneys Jared J. Roberts and Jason Greaves who are attorneys for Binnall that represent the Flynn’s.
According to Chavez, he participated in the transfer of the Biss files, which he said he did at the behest of Attorney Biss’ wife, Tanya Biss.
On September 26, 2023, Chavez issued a statement on You Tube where he admits he participated. Chavez described how he logged into Biss’ computer using a program called Team Viewer, that was quickly installed for this very purpose, whereupon he transferred all of Biss’ clients’ files and evidence to a USB drive.
“Everything was available and I even, myself, over remote software was able to verify when somebody – when the Virginia State BAR and the State Department entered Mr. Steven Biss’ house without permission from Tanya Biss and Steven Biss – because he’s a fucking vegetable. They broke into the house, and they took the files. Not me, even though that is the narrative that people are saying right now is that Manuel Chavez the guy that livestreamed that day somehow flew from Nevada to Virginia broke into the house and somehow took all of the files just to fuck everybody,” Chavez said.
During the You Tube video Chavez is seen openly communicating with Tanya Biss who is logged in and commenting in the Discord chat room. Tanya Biss repeatedly wires money to Chavez during the airing. During the airing Chavez talks about Biss’ clients “Devin Nunes” and the Flynn’s.
“I do have a copy of all of his legal files,” Chavez said.
The timeline of events shows the following:
- Biss suffered a stroke on August 16, 2023
- Attorney Parks was appointed receiver on September 20, 2023
- Manuel Chavez issues a statement on September 26, 2023, boasting that he participated in transferring Biss’ files and brags he possesses a copy of all of the files
- Attorney Parks enters Biss’ law office on October 3, 2023, and found it was burglarized – files and computers were stolen
- On November 2, 2023, Biss client Randi Lynn Erickson speaks to Elliott Park. Park says he doesn’t know where anything is because of a break in and ransacking – Park says Biss only has $10.00
- On November 10, 2023, Binnall Law Group files a letter into the court case Flynn vs. Cable News Network et al in New York and describes the Biss law office situation
7. On November 20, 2023, Manuel Chavez issued a statement and said, ““Somebody is lying right now. And right now, I can unequivocally say that the Binnall Law Group and Jesse Binnall are lying about this situation. Specifically, Jared J. Roberts and Jason Greaves because number one, no files were stolen. 8. On December 1, 2023, Attorney Park tells the U.S. Court he believes he knows who possesses Biss’ computer. However, on November 20, 2023, Chavez said the “receiver” possesses the “laptop and has all of the files”.
Park is the “receiver”.
