William Kevin Murtaugh, Apopka, Florida, published a video today on his news channel and declared “War” on War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth.
Holmseth has been declared a “War Correspondent'” by U.S. Judge Clifton Corker, Eastern District of Tennessee.
Holmseth reports on matters of National Security.
War Correspondent and journalists are protected under the Law of War.
Holmseth’s first major story as a War Correspondent was published in 2019 when Holmseth reported, on behalf of Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), via details provided to Holmseth by his JSOC contact David Lester Straight, that Straight assisted U.S. Marines with the transfer of 2,100 children from their confinement in cages underground in California to U.S. Military bases.
Court records from case number 2:23-cv-00011 (Eastern District of Tennessee) show Holmseth filed into evidence, a letter to the FBI regarding Murtaugh. The letter shows Murtaugh suggested he was in fact James ‘Whitey’ Bulger and Holmseth would be wise not make him angry.
In 2020, before the Election, Murtaugh traveled from Florida to Minnesota and met with the Minneapolis FBI for four hours, where war plans were made against the American People.
Timothy Charles Holmseth is being directly and specifically targeted for no reason other than engaging in journalism as a War Correspondent.
The U.S. Department of Defense Law of War Manual states the “Law of War does not condone the farmer by day and guerilla by night” which applies to Murtaugh and his actions.
The Law of War addresses any acts that are deemed as “Performing spying, sabotaging, and other hostile acts” which applies to Murtaugh.
This act of hostility against Timothy Charles Holmseth by William Kevin Murtaugh is being taken very seriously and addressed.
