What happens when an attorney (Jack Maro) deliberately ignores his client’s request (for a year) to obtain documents being held in escrow by a former Minnesota Administrative Judge (Randi Lynn Erickson) that will benefit his client’s (Neely Petrie Blanchard) defense, even after Erickson telephoned Maro and offered to send the documents (simply requesting a signed consent form by Blanchard), BECAUSE Maro was planning to BLAME Erickson (as well as Timothy Charles Holmseth) for CAUSING the assassination of Christopher Hallett by partnering with the FBI and foreign agents to label Holmseth and Erickson as “sovereign citizens” [which they are not] connected to QAnon [which they are not] in an over-arching scheme to interfere with the 2024 Election by connecting the entire FAKE SCENARIO to the “cult” of Donald Trump?

The March 22, 2024, article discussed the fact that Judge Lisa Herndon, who is presiding over the STATE OF FLORIDA vs. NEELY PETRIE BLANCHARD is, according to the STATE OF FLORIDA’s website at www.circuit5.org Lisa Herndon – State of Florida Fifth Judicial Circuit (circuit5.org) an Administrative Judge.
Herndon’s status as an Administrative Judge creates serious legal issues and questions because an Administrative Judge is under the Executive Branch.
The fact Herndon is with the Executive Branch creates legal issues surrounding Separation of Powers.

The mounting evidence that shows Neely Blanchard is the victim of a conspiracy against her rights involving the FBI, attorneys, and other members of what is called the “Nefarious Network” (contained in the TANGIBLE EVIDENCE document called “Nefarious Network Report”) filed in the murder case, may have become even stronger after the Prosecution SERVED Blanchard with NEW documents after the March 21, 2024, hearing. The Prosecution served Blanchard with NOTICE OF SUPPLEMENTAL AUTHORITY AND MOTION TO SUPPLEMENT THE RECORD. The NOTICE is now appearing on the Clerk of Court’s website Register of Actions but the document is locked and cannot be viewed.
The MOTION may pertain to the fact Lisa Herndon, an Administrative Judge under the Executive Branch, has been presiding over a First-Degree Murder trial happening in the Judicial Branch.
And now… the local news in Ocala is jumping in.
Following the March 21, 2024, hearing, the Ocala Star Banner published, “Trial date set in 2020 murder case. Who will be the defense lawyer?“.

Maro said he first learned he was fired on the internet. He said he met with his former client at the jail and was informed of his termination.
Maro said Petrie-Blanchard claims he’s working for the FBI and is conspiring against her. The lawyer thinks Petrie-Blanchard is incompetent to proceed and that she had plans to use her mental state as a defense at trial.

The Ocala Star Banner also did something that may become legally relevant – they published a photographic image of Judge Lisa Herndon sitting behind a sign that identifies Herndon as a “Circuit Judge”. The State’s website says Herndon is an Administrative Judge.
According to Blanchard, Maro told her he was working with William Kevin Murtaugh, Apopka, Florida.
Murtaugh, who cynically alludes to the possibility his true identity is the infamous Mobster, FBI informant, and serial killer, James ‘Whitey’ Bulger, met with the FBI in Minnesota in 2020 shortly before the death of the Ocala Police Chief, and subsequent assassination of Christopher Edward Hallett (of which Neely Blanchard is accused).
Murtaugh recorded himself in the FBI parking lot in Minnesota during what he called “The Chaos Project” and/or “Operation Chaos” and he specifically said bad things were coming for the people in Ocala (i.e., Chris Hallett, E~Clause LLC).
Murtaugh discussed on his FBI news channel traveling from Florida to Minnesota to meet with the FBI, East Grand Forks Police, and others, “to investigate this situation” regarding “Tim Holmseth”. Evidence shows the FBI, Murtaugh, Maro, and others, planned to integrate Holmseth and others into their fake Defense Theory regarding “QANON” and President Donald Trump.
In another video on file, FBI Murtaugh talks about Timothy Holmseth. Murtaugh said, “their goal is likely to have some brain-dead vigilante that follows QAnon or the PPTF take the law into their own hands and use deadly force against me”.
