On June 21, 2021, former Administrative Judge Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota (who is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida) contacted Governor Ron DeSantis regarding evidence she possessed tying organized crime, human trafficking, child trafficking, and other nefarious criminal activities, to corruption in the Florida BAR and Courts.
The situation pertained to Christopher Edward Hallett, Ocala, Florida who was murdered assassination-style in his home on November 15, 2020. Erickson’s letter also pertained to Hallett’s colleague, Neely Petrie Blanchard, who was charged by STATE OF FLORIDA through the Marion County State’s Attorney’s Office for Hallett’s murder.
“Chris Hallett, recently murdered in your state, from E’Clause LLC did do the investigation and filed into the courts not only information regarding Timothy’s case, but one too of a Miss Neely Blanchard, who is on trial for the murder of Chris Hallett in your state out of Ocala. Once Filed by Chris and E’Clause, LLC that filing has now disappeared from your states/federal court records. Chris Hallett before his murder, sent me a receipt of this filing. I have once again, hired another attorney from your state, a Charles Baron, who too has confirmed to me, that the filings have “disappeared”. Now, being a publisher and Florida Broker, I have yet to ever hear of a filing into the state/federal court system to “disappear”. Attached is a copy of the receipt,” Erickson said to DeSantis in part.

Evidence shows that on January 17, 2020, THE FLORIDA BAR sent a letter to the Office of the State Attorney – Felony Division- Ocala, Florida. The Executive Director at the heading of the document from the Florida BAR is Joshua E. Doyle. The letter was in regard to “Christopher E. Hallett” and stated Hallett was under investigation for Unauthorized Practice of Law. The letter stated Christopher Hallett appeared to be a “sovereign citizen“.
