President Donald Trump is appearing in the Lake Michigan shore city of Racine, Wisconsin, today.
In the 1970’s a child pornography ring was discovered on North Fox Island in Michigan. The crimes have long been suspected to have ties to the Oakland County Child Killer case, involving the unsolved murders of four children in 1976–77.
Fox Island was not the only Island in Michigan notorious for horrible things.
MACKINAC YACHT RACES
WGRD in Grand Rapids, Michigan reported on the infamous murder of Frances Lacey in 1960 that became known as the Mackinac Island Killer mystery.
“You would think a crime of this magnitude would have been noticed by someone seeing how the island was packed with people for the yacht races that were going on that weekend. According to Mackinac police, no one saw or heard anything and her body wasn’t found until 4 days after she went missing. To this day this is still an unsolved murder,” WGRD said.

In a sworn affidavit signed on October 2, 2021 by Jessie Marie Czebotar, the federal RICO witness (Czebotar is named in a RICO Complaint authored by Attorney Steven Scott Biss, Virginia) who personally observed U.S. Presidents, heads of States, and high-level politicians committing unthinkable sexual torture, rape, murder, and cannibalism, gives names and details of what she observed during Mackinac events.
“In 1981-1984 I witnessed several of the above named individuals. They participated in the Chicago Mackinac Boat Races and the Milwaukee Boaters Club with my grandfather (Thomas Orrin Church, a high level Mason) whose cover was a Sailor and Engineer,” Jessie Marie Czebotar said.
“Those I witnessed at various times and knew as “One of his boating buddies” were: Barak Obama/Barry Santanos, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Oprah Winfrey, Dick Cheney, Lynne Cheney, Liz Cheney, Mike Pence, Mitt Romney (only saw once) Rahm Emanuel (Saw once at Mackinac race once with these individuals), Craig Sawyer (knew him as Tom Caruthers) Dan Quayle, John Kerry, Ken Geir (my Grandfather’s best friend) Jere Sullivan (Milwaukee Boater Club Member). Two random child victims I saw several times on these excursions were Corey Feldman and Corey Heim. There also were several prominent Chicago politicians, businessmen, members of the Boating clubs that I never knew names of,” Jessie Marie Czebotar said.

Jessie Marie Czebotar is a witness in a federal RICO authored by Attorney Steven Scott Biss, Virginia. Czebotar swears she was present and observed “Craig Sawyer” assist Hillary Rodham Clinton in a rape, torture, murder, and cannibalism event where Sawyer scalded tied up children with hot water before Clinton ate a little girl’s Pineal gland.
Attorney Biss is the attorney of retired General Michael Flynn and the Flynn family, U.S. National Security official to Director of National Intelligence, as well as Senior Aide to Congressman Devin Nunes, Kash Patel, former CIA Robert David Steele, former U.S. Secret Service Dan Bongino, former House Intelligence Committee Chair Congressman Devin Nunes (now CEO of Truth Social), former Minnesota Administrative Tribunal Judge Randi Lynn Erickson, and War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth.
According to former Biss client Manuel Chavez III, Biss is also an attorney for the United States State Department.
