We have an update.
Today’s earlier story revealed Dr. Harry Krop MD who has testified as a “clinical psychologist” in “child custody” cases, was brought up on ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES by the Florida Department of Health for misconduct, which led to Krop agreeing he may NEVER “practice in the area of child custody evaluation/determination in the future”.
Evidence shows there may be a conspiracy between Dr. Krop, Attorney Jack Maro, Marion County States Attorneys Amy Berndt and Toby Hunt, FBI operative William Kevin Murtaugh (Murtaugh has suggested he is actually the infamous mobster, FBI informant, and serial killer James ‘Whitey’ Bulger), and others, to violate the constitutional rights of Neely Petrie Blanchard.
Records show that in the Spring of 2023 former Minnesota Government judge Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota, contacted Attorney Jack Maro, the lawyer who represents Neely Petrie Blanchard regarding BRADY EVIDENCE she (Erickson) possesses – – – which was sent to her by Blanchard long before the Hallett murder.
Through chats, as well as telephonic video conference conversations between Alexandra Koukounakis, talk show host, Infiltrated by Truth, and Blanchard from her confinement in the Marion County Jail, it was revealed by Blanchard that Maro did in fact have Blanchard sign a release so Erickson could turn over the evidence. “I signed this release on March 20, 2023. The release was dated incorrectly for March 20, 2024. I corrected the mistake and signed by the correction,” Blanchard said to Koukounakis.
However, Maro never contacted Erickson or requested the records.
The situation became so desperate for Blanchard that she asked Koukounakis, a stranger, to please contact Maro and ask Maro or “Donna” to get her the information that “Randi Erickson sent him”.
To this very day Attorney Maro has never contacted Erickson for the BRADY EVIDENCE, which relates to child custody issues, facts, and court filings that pertain to Blanchard, her alleged murder victim Christopher Edward Hallett, as well as court documents authored by one time candidate for Tennessee Governor John Gentry, regarding Neely Petrie Blanchard.
Blanchard is accused of murdering Hallett in cold blood. According to Marion County States Attorney, Blanchard flew into a blind rage and murdered Hallett because Hallett was not trying to get her kids back from the government as Hallett promised he was doing. The documents and other evidence in the possession of Randi Erickson literally DESTROYS the Prosecution’s ridiculous claims about Blanchard’s so-called motive for murder on November 15, 2020, which involved an assassination-style shooting of Hallett at close range in the head.
The wrong date in the Release form Neely Blanchard signed that was incorrectly dated March 2024, instead of being created with the correct date, which was March 2023, might explain the mutual agreement that took place after a Trial date was already set, whereby Attorney Maro and the Marion County State’s Attorney’s Office gained the approval of the Court to reschedule the Trial date into April 2024. This extension would give time for the wrong date of March 2024 to look real.
It gets worse.
Randi Erickson ALSO contacted the Marion County States Attorney’s Office to alert the Prosecution she possessed evidence, which was sent to her by Neely Blanchard long before the murder. The Marion County States Attorney did not request Erickson submit the evidence.
The lack of interest in BRADY EVIDENCE by BOTH the Prosecution and Defense may now be explained by the fact Dr. Harry Krop MD is scheduled to testify in the case. Dr. Krop is forbidden from being involved in child custody evaluations and cases. BRADY EVIDENCE from Erickson would clearly show Hallett was working closely with Blanchard on her child custody issues right up and until shortly before the shooting on November 15, 2020.
On January 8, 2024, TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS reported, “ATTORNEY JACK MARO IS IGNORING HIS CLIENT NEELY BLANCHARD WHO REPORTS SHE’S BEING SATANICALLY TORTURED & RAPED IN MARION COUNTY, FL – NOW, RECORDS SHOW BLANCHARD IS SEEKING HELP FROM FORMER MN GOVERNMENT JUDGE RANDI LYNN ERICKSON WHO CONTACTED BOTH PROSECUTION AND DEFENSE AND BLANCHARD SIGNED A RELEASE – ERICKSON IS PLAINTIFF IN THE HILLARY CANNIBALISM RICO – THE FLORIDA ATTORNEYS ARE TRYING TO IGNORE “BRADY” EVIDENCE IN STATE OF FLORIDA V. NEELY BLANCHARD“.
On September 26, 2022, a video appeared on Bitchute that shows a portion/clip of Christopher Edward Hallett giving a presentation regarding Neely Petrie Blanchard’s case with E~Clause LLC.
Not only does it appear there is a trove of evidence that creates Reasonable Doubt that Neely Blanchard is even the person who murdered Christopher Hallett execution style in his kitchen; evidence actually shows there exists a conspiracy against Blanchard being executed by a collective connected to the FBI, including actual FBI agents, to protect an organized criminal enterprise that Christopher Hallett uncovered and was exposing through the Legislature and Courts.
