On December 19, 2023, the Colorado Supreme Court published an Opinion to consider whether “former President Donald J. Trump may appear on the Colorado Republican presidential primary ballot in 2024”. A majority of the Court held that Trump was disqualified.
According to the allegations being considered by the Supreme Court, Trump is “ineligible under Section Three because he engaged in insurrection on January 6, 2021, after swearing an oath as President to support the U.S. Constitution”.
However, there is evidence already filed within the U.S. Courts, the Criminal Investigation Division of the U.S. Army, Office of the Texas Governor, and other law enforcement, that shows an organized group of identifiable men and women, one of whom claimed to be a U.S. Secret Service Agent (David Lester Straight), one who served as a National Security Advisor for President Trump (retired General Michael Flynn), one who would pose with President Trump in a photo at the Oval Office (Attorney Lin Wood), one who would pretend to be “John F. Kennedy Jr” (Juan O’Savin) [FAKE NAME], one who claimed he was communicating with President Trump (Field McConnell), developed a plan, as early as May 2019, to stage a coup in Washington DC that would occur on January 6, 2021, that would focus on Vice President Michael Pence being a “pedophile”.
The existing fact pattern proves President Donald J. Trump DID NOT engage in an “insurrection” on January 6, 2021, but rather, was FRAMED by an organized group.
The Colorado Supreme Court ruled, “The district court did not err in concluding that President Trump “engaged in” that insurrection through his personal actions”.
On Page 9, Line 11, the Colorado Supreme Court said, “On January 6, 2021, pursuant to the Twelfth Amendment, U.S. Const. amend. XII, and the Electoral Count Act, 3 U.S.C. § 15, Congress convened a joint session to certify the Electoral College votes. President Trump held a rally that morning at the Ellipse in Washington, D.C. at which he, along with several others, spoke to the attendees. In his speech, which began around noon, President Trump persisted in rejecting the election results, telling his supporters that “[w]e won in a landslide” and “we will never concede.” He urged his supporters to “confront this egregious assault on our democracy”; “walk down to the Capitol . . . [and] show strength”; and that if they did not “fight like hell, [they would] not . . . have a country anymore.” Before his speech ended, portions of the crowd began moving toward the Capitol. Below, we discuss additional facts regarding the events of January 6, as relevant to the legal issues before us”.
PRE-PLANNED COUP
In the days before the events of January 6, 2021, David Lester Straight, Bend, Oregon, spoke with news reporter/War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth on the telephone.
The following is a fact pattern of events that led to that call.
Straight and Holmseth’s media relationship was formed in approximately May 2019. During a meeting in the lobby area of the Travelodge motel in Crookston, Minnesota, Straight told Holmseth he viewed videos of Vice President Michael Pence raping a little boy. Straight added that he could “almost see” a gun pointed at VP Pence’s head during the rape. Straight took Holmseth for a ride in a vehicle through Grand Forks, North Dakota. During the drive Straight repeatedly asked Holmseth what he had on “Pence”. Straight wanted to know if Holmseth had seen the rape video. Holmseth said, “no”.
In July 2019 Straight discussed the VP Pence rape video with Holmseth during a recorded call. During the call Straight told Holmseth he was with the United States Secret Service and was able to view the highly “classified” videos – adding that he once protected “President Bush”. During this same time period Straight told Holmseth, as well as former Truth and Taxation Judge Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota, that he was serving on Presidential Commissions under President Trump regarding “human trafficking” and “judicial corruption”. Straight said he worked under Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) and, he said, he was communicating directly with First Lady Melania Trump who was his liaison.
Holmseth subsequently became the official news reporter for the “Pentagon Pedophile Task Force”. The legitimacy of the task force was confirmed by retired U.S. Army Sgt. Robert Horton (aka War Castles) who publicly stated during a Live interview, that he confirmed the existence of the task force by calling the “Pentagon” and talking to a “JAG”. He said, “it’s real”. During a telephone call between Sgt. Horton and Randi Lynn Erickson, Timothy Charles Holmseth spoke up during the call to kindly introduce himself to Horton. Horton did not know Holmseth was present, and replied, saying, “THE Timothy Holmseth? The Legend?”.
In October 2019 Holmseth published a story of which David Straight was the source. Holmseth referred to Straight as “Pentagon 1”. The story set forth facts that came from Straight. Straight told Holmseth that he (Straight) assisted the United States Marines in the “rescue” of 2,100 children from their confinement in cages underground in California. Straight subsequently told Holmseth approximately 100 of the children died. Straight said most of the children had originally been kidnapped through agents of “Child Protective Services” (CPS). Straight said the children were taken to a U.S. military base in California, and subsequently moved through Johnson County, Texas.
Holmseth traveled to Oregon in 2019 and began his infiltration of David Lester Straight and a psychological operation Straight was involved in called “Q” and/or “QAnon”. Holmseth listened to Straight talk on the telephone to a female voice he claimed was “Melania”. Straight then walked into the Lodge rooms where Holmseth and others were staying and said, “I just sent an email to Melania. I told her our little task force needs help”. Holmseth also listened to Straight talk to military brass on the telephone including a man Straight said was a “General”. Straight also said he met privately with a “federal judge”. Videos show Straight talking to audiences about the Pentagon Pedophile Task Force. Videos show Straight telling audiences he was on a “helicopter” with “Don Jr.” “Gene Ho” and “John F. Kennedy Jr.” in South Dakota in 2020. Straight told the audience that JFK Jr. was actually alive and assisting President Donald J. Trump.
In the days before January 6, 2021, Straight discussed his plans to travel to Washington DC. Straight told Holmseth in a recorded call that he was meeting “Lin Wood” and “Juan” (Juan O’Savin) in DC on January 6, 2021. Straight said he prepared an “indictment” and was working with “a lot of people close to the President – Bobby, whose always in the President’s office, he’s going to be there”. Straight told Holmseth he was working with “three groups”. Straight said he was working with a group connected to “Q” in Arizona where retired General Michael Flynn appeared. Straight told Holmseth they were going to “hang” people that “went “against the Republic”.
On January 4, 2021, Attorney Lin Wood launched the Coup with a Tweet to President Trump advising Trump and the world to read the attached MEMO authored by Timothy Charles Holmseth that had been mailed to AG Jeff Sessions to warn Trump about an international human harvesting operation being run by the FBI and CIA that involved rape, murder, torture, and cannibalism.
The beforementioned facts involving David Lester Straight has long since been reported to the U.S. Secret Service.
On November 6, 2023, Holmseth contacted the U.S. Service via the U.S. Mail with information about a possible plot to assassinate President Donald J. Trump.
