1. Has the City of Millersville, Tennessee entered into any formal or informal Joint Powers Agreement with REDACTED and/or REDACTED on “Operation Clean Sweep”?
2. Is the City of Millersville, Tennessee requesting donations through their Joint Powers Agreement with REDACTED and/or REDACTED to solicit donations via the Web to fund “Operation Clean Sweep”?
3. Is the City of Millersville, Tennessee holding any Bond regarding REDACTED individually, and/or REDACTED and/or any other joint venture agreement City of Millersville may have with REDACTED and/or REDACTED
4. Can you please provide me with a copy of the Joint Powers Agreement.
