The activities of City of Millersville, Tennessee Police Department has become part of the daily news cycle in Tennessee after the city’s assistant police chief, Shawn Taylor, partnered with a so-called ‘veterans’ group based out of Arizona to deploy “Operation Clean Sweep” which involved an online child sex predator sting run out of somebody’s shed that utilized a social media decoy account of a 12-year-old that lured pedophiles into conversations.
Videos from inside the shed (Command Post) of Operation Clean Sweep were posted on social media and narrated by a spokesman for the Millersville Police Department that featured Assistant Chief Taylor and others. The videos posted by the Millersville Spokesman announced 70 “warrants” are being processed and “arrests” are imminent. The announcement contained an active hyperlink that led straight to the Arizona-based group where a request for donations appeared – along with a webpage for transferring money to the private organization.
On June 3, 2024, Phil Williams, News 5, Nashville logged into his Twitter/X account @NC5PhilWilliam and confronted the City of Millersville’s spokesman. “There were three children who died that day that Shawn Taylor refuses to acknowledge. BTW, @ [redacted] how many children has [redacted] actually rescued. I see no actual rescues on your website,” Phil Willaims said.
On June 3, 2024, TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS reported, “BREAKING NOW! CITY OF MILLERSVILLE, TN LOSES INSURANCE COVERAGE AFTER HILLARY CLINTON’S GANG TAKES OVER CITY“.
The TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS story reveals that in 2022 the Arizona-based organization was a Defendant and subject of a federal lawsuit filed under the civil RICO statute (Holmseth v. Page – 3:22-cv-00912 -RICO – Middle District of Tennessee).

The plan to conduct such ‘arrests’ has already been announced by coup plotter and retired U.S. Army General Michael Flynn through his agent Ivan Raiklin, who announced it on the Web and Info Wars with Alex Jones. Raiklin justified such door-to-door “raids” through ‘local’ prosecutors, by pointing to the concocted prosecution of President Trump by DA Alvin Bragg in Manhattan. Raiklin said the precedent has been set so he can do it too.
Flynn’s slogan on his nationwide bus tour is “Local Action Equals National Impact” (which describes what you are seeing in Millersville).
The Millersville Spokesman is actively promoting Michael Flynn on social media.
In fact – evidence shows the plot involving the Millersville Spokesman leads all the way back to 2017 and was funded by Alex Jones and Info Wars.
In 2017, the spokesman for City of Millersville and his veteran’s group that falsely claimed to rescue children received $100,000 from Alex Jones and Info Wars for child rescues that never happened. Jones told his audience he planned to raise $10 Million for the ‘child rescue’ group that turned out to be a fraud.
War Correspondent and federal plaintiff Timothy Charles Holmseth contacted Millersville Police Chief Bryan Morris and requested information from the city – but received no response.
