EVIDENCE: THE FBI and MARION COUNTY STATE’S ATTORNEYS OFFICE MANUFACTURED A CONFESSION TAPE IN THE E~CLAUSE MURDER

Neely Petrie Blanchard is charged with the first-degree murder of Christopher Edward Hallett. Blanchard is accused of shooting Hallett multiple times in his Ocala, Florida (Marion County) home during the evening hours of November 15, 2020.
The mainstream news reported that Blanchard murdered Christopher Hallett, the CEO of a loss prevention corporation based out of Florida called E~Clause LLC, after she (Blanchard) became disillusioned with Hallett who was providing her legal assistance with matters surrounding the custody of her children, who had been taken from her by the Government. The news reports the murder occurred on November 15, 2020 after Blanchard flew into a rage after coming to believe Hallett was “conspiring with the government”.
Shortly after the murder NBC reported, “On Nov. 15, authorities found Hallett, 50, dead from multiple gunshot wounds inside his Ocala, Florida, home. Five days later, the Marion County, Florida, Sheriff’s Office charged Petrie-Blanchard with second-degree murder. According to the police report, witnesses told authorities that she shot Hallett because she said he was conspiring with the government to keep her children from her”.
In our series ARRESTED SUDDENLY we reported on the seemingly endless stream of anomalies, absurdities, and non-sensical on-goings that surrounded the investigation of the Hallett murder.
On January 20, 2021 (approximately 2 months after murder), the Marion County Assistant States Attorney filed SUPPLEMENTAL EXHIBIT #3 containing DEFENDANT STATEMENTS.
“Defendant made a statement to Kathy Watson that victim had been shot and Shannon and her daughter were in the back bedroom during the shooting. See recording for full statement,” the Exhibit said.
The Statement does not allege Blanchard admits or confesses that SHE shot Hallett. The Statement simply says Blanchard said, “the victim had been shot”.
The Statement contains information that Blanchard (1) admitted to possessing a firearm, (2) made anti-government and anti-law enforcement statements in the past, (3) told a witness she had to stop Hallett because he was “abusing her children”, (4) said Hallett had been shot, (5) threatened to kill her mother regarding her children.
The HIGHLY INFLAMMATORY and incriminating statements contain everything needed to believe Blanchard shot and killed Hallett, EXCEPT for an actual CONFESSION.
On December 7, 2021, (over a year since the murder) the Marion County Assistant State Attorney filed SUPPLEMENTAL DISCOVERY EXHIBIT – TANGIBLE EVIDENCE.
The Exhibit said, “AUDIO FILE – Kathy Watson’s Spy Pen call with Petrie-Blanchard”.
The dates of the filings show that an entire year passed before the “Spy Pen” was entered into evidence.
The “Spy Pen” audio, along with gigabytes of other files, was given to FBI operative William Kevin Murtaugh (who alludes to the fact he is actually James (Whitey) Bulger) by Marion County States Attorneys Toby Hunt and Amy Berndt.

MARION COUNTY CLERK OF COURT SAYS THEY DID NOT RELEASE THE SO-CALLED EVIDENCE
On April 26, 2023, an audio of a telephone call to the Marion County Clerk of Courts Criminal Division appeared online from someone inquiring about the audios and videos online. “Reportedly there is a video audio recording that has been spliced of like multiple different audio recordings that a group of people – there basically plastering it all over the internet in many different social media applications and they’re calling it ‘The Neely Blanchard Murder Confession’. And it’s like this recording that has been all spliced up and its basically trying to make the inference that she’s confessing that she committed murderer whatever. But the concern I guess for me is this group is saying that they got this recording from the Court,” the caller said.
The caller asked the Clerk if the recordings came from the Clerk of Court. “No. No ma’am. Definitely not. They wouldn’t have gotten it from us,” the Clerk said.
“Is it really her talking?” the Clerk asked.
The Clerk said, “no ma’am – that’s evidence” and would never be released to the public before a murder trial.

PENTAGON PEDOPHILE TASK FORCE PERFORMS ANALYSIS OF CONTINUITY OF NARRATIVE TO ASSESS THE PROSECUTION’S ALLEGED MOTIVE OF NEELY PETRIE BLANCHARD TO MURDER CHRISTOPHER EDWARD HALLETT
On December 17, 2020 (one month after the murder) two FBI agents interviewed Neely Petrie Blanchard who was in custody and charged with murdering Christopher Hallett. During the interview Neely Blanchard talks to the agents about Christopher Hallett. Blanchard calmly articulates her work with Hallett. During the interview, one of the FBI agents tells Blanchard that Hallett never filed anything into the court on her behalf. Blanchard appeared visibly confused, hurt, and shocked. Blanchard’s reaction COMPLETELY CONFLICTS with what she said during the so-called “Spy Pen” confession that appeared approximately a year later.
On April 25, 2023, William Kevin Murtaugh published “The Spy Pen” that contains statements by Neely Blanchard that sound like Blanchard decided Christopher Hallett absolutely had to die on November 15, 2020. Blanchard repeatedly said she tried to call 911 on the night of the shooting but could not get through and thus – Hallett was shot. It is not clear to WHY Blanchard’s failed attempt to contact 911 would result in Hallett being shot assassination style multiple times – in the head.
THE RECEIPT
The FBI agent told Neely Petrie Blanchard that Christopher Edward Hallett never filed anything on her behalf in the Court.
Likewise – in “The Spy Pen” recording, Neely Petrie Blanchard said Christopher Hallett had been lying to her.
“I just found out tonight – I have documented evidence on me – I tried to call 911 – is a part of the human sex satanic trafficking of children – is it going on in Russellville, Kentucky – I have all the evidence with me – I have all the evidence with me, I need somebody that is going to help me expose what has been happening. We had seven documents – we had prepared documents and he was supposed to – he told me he wrote on the document I have proof that he said he was going to fax it today and he was never going to do that. He was exploiting me…” Neely Petrie Blanchard said.
WHAT THE FBI, MARION COUNTY STATES ATTORNEY’S OFFICE DID NOT KNOW AT THE TIME was Christopher Edward Hallett made a filing on November 2, 2020, and sent a copy of the U.S. Clerk of Court receipt to his colleague, former Minnesota Government judge Randi Lynn Erickson.
Erickson subsequently tried to locate the court filing associated with the receipt and nothing existed. War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth retained Florida attorney Charles Baron to search for the records – he reported he could not locate anything.
FBI William Kevin Murtaugh did a Livestream and said he telephoned the U.S. Clerk of Court regarding the Receipt. Murtaugh said the Clerk told him the Receipt was fake.
But it’s not.
Years later, after extensive and aggressive reporting by TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS, a file purported to be associated with the Hallet/Erickson Receipt magically re-appeared in the U.S. Court files. Erickson, Holmseth, and others familiar with Hallett’s work, are all of the opinion that the document is not the original filing and was created by members of Organized Crime.
Shannon Mutter Tanis, the only adult witness at the scene of the Hallett shooting publicly stated on Twitter that “The Spy Pen” recording was “orchestrated”.
What the FAKE NEWS has not reported to the American public is that in the Summer of 2020, William Kevin Murtaugh, Apopka, Florida, who wears FBI and CIA on his clothing, sometimes accentuated with an FBI badge around his neck, planned and launched what he called “The Chaos Project”.
Murtaugh published many videos showing he flew to Minnesota to meet with the FBI for “four hours”. Murtaugh published video of himself at the FBI and reported that trouble was coming for the outfit in “Ocala” – referring to Hallett’s company E~Clause LLC. Shortly thereafter the Ocala Police Chief was killed in an airplane sing fatality crash. On November 15, 2020, Hallett was gunned down.
On December 17, 2020, (two days after the murder) Murtaugh published a video report on You Tube entitled “Deadly Consequences”.
Murtaugh said the murder of Hallett was connected to Blanchard’s connection to Hallett’s corporation E~Clause LLC. Murtaugh then mentioned Blanchard’s connection to “the Pentagon Pedophile Task Force”. Murtaugh said, the Pentagon Pedophile Task Force has “some connection” to “President Trump”.
Murtaugh then said the Pentagon Pedophile Task Force is part of “The High Command”.
