CASPER, WYOMING CHILD TORTURE, RAPE, MURDER & CANNIBALISM CASE ALREADY ON PATEL’S DESK
I personally listened to telephone calls to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and National Guard regarding detailed reports of rape, torture, murder, and cannibalism taking place in Casper, Wyoming, and other locations. The reports involve children locked in numbered cages and ritualistic satanic crimes against humanity.
The FBI reports and DHS (Homeland Security) reports that I am familiar with pertain to U.S. Court case number 8:24-cv-02988 – filed in Tampa, Florida U.S. Court (The Neumiller Case).

TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS has obtained the COMPLAINT and other documents filed in 8:24-cv-02988 – filed in Tampa, Florida U.S. Court (The Neumiller Case) which is a Crimes Against Humanity and child sexual exploitation case connected to the trafficking of hundreds of thousands of children.
The Complaint states that under Discrimination and Religious rights violations: The child is “being forced to participate in Nazi, Sovereign Military Order, and Satanic Rituals”.
“Defendants have threatened child at gun point, he has eye-witnessed death, sexual exploitation, the taunting of the selling of his image on porn channels, and cannibalism for[ce] behavior”.
“…court ordered custody that keeps a minor who has reported abuse in abuse for fear for his life and families life”.
“…participation in criminal activities”.
The Complainant has requested a “military JAG”.
The abuse is allegedly occurring g at “National Gurad and multiple military bases”.
“Anal and oral along with being forced to allow adults to rape child at gunpoint. And testimony of gang rape of 10 men at the local Mormon Temple who purchased him for the night”.
“Having to participate in homosexual and child sex pornography”.
“Being given shots for sexual performance enhancement”.
“Being tortured, raped, forced against his will to consume human flesh”.
