Don Shipley, the former Navy SEAL who built his online reputation by publishing recorded calls where he is heard confronting people who falsely claim to have been a Navy SEAL – has been busted lying.
In a recorded call on July 10, 2024, Don Shipley spoke with Alexandra Koukounakis.

Alexandra Koukounakis: Hey Don how are you?
Shipley: I’m doing fine. What can I do for you?
Koukounakis: Good. Uh, I was just, I was running a Livestream last night and it came up that somebody from the Live was telling us that they had come to you and they’re trying to find out the Trident status of Craig Sawyer and I know that you had mentioned him like on a previous call that we’d had so I thought who better to ask than you?
Shipley: Craig Sawyer the retired SEAL?

Here’s the backstory.
The situation pertains to former Navy SEAL Craig Randall (Sawman) Sawyer who is accused by Jessie Marie Czebotar of assisting Hillary Rodham Clinton in a torture, rape, mutilation, murder, and cannibalism event of four little girls while working as Clinton’s protector in the 1980’s. The accusations, which are filed into the U.S. Court-Minnesota, Fort Campbell CID, Office of the Texas Governor, Biss Law Office, Virginia, and attorneys of President Donald Trump, have been readily available and published for a long time. Czebotar has petitioned U.S. Congress (Jim Jordan) and seeks to testify under oath regarding her affidavits.

At issue is the true facts and circumstances of Craig Randall Sawyers’s military background – including his Discharge status – which is shrouded in mystery. Sawyer admits his medals and honors were stripped, as well as admits to the fact he was fired by the U.S. Air Marshals.
Sawyer, who founded Veterans For Child Rescue Inc (V4CR). in April 2017, has been thoroughly exposed as a fraud after raking in donations on false promises of rescuing children from captivity. Sawyer told KGUN in Arizona he would be filming the “extractions” of slave children. Sawyer was later forced to admit under public pressure from Timothy Charles Holmseth that nobody, other than actual law enforcement, has the lawful or legal authority to touch and/or transport another person’s child without Power of Attorney or parental permission. However, Sawyer’s organization was formed and promoted on the very specific claim the donations sent to him were to “Rescue” children – which is still the name of the organization today.
In a video that appeared online today, Don Shipley is heard speaking to Alexandra Koukounakis, a talk show host from Toronto, Canada, who has been communicating with Shipley off–and-on about Craig Randall Sawyer.
At the onset of the telephone call, Don Shipley violated the most rudimentary requirements of someone who expects the public to accept him as a serious investigator when he immediately accused Koukounakis of making “accusations” in an “affidavit” – when the fact of the matter was the affidavit was NOT authored by Koukounakis.
While Shipley’s behavior could be viewed as an emotionally fragile narcissist during amateur hour – his background with the Navy SEALS, CIA, and Blackwater precludes the possibility that Shipley wasn’t strategically attempting to bully and dominate Koukounakis.
“I care about you, I care about Craig, I care about people’s reputations, and you are making some horrible accusations. I just read part of this affidavit,” Don Shipley said to Alexandra Koukounakis during the recorded call.
Koukounakis cut in.
“That’s NOT MY AFFIDAVIT,” Koukounakis replied to Shipley, emphatically. “Those are not MY accusations! Those are other people’s accusations,” Koukounakis said.
During the exchange Shipley sounded angry about accusations in Jessie Marie Czebotar’s affidavit – “Hillary Clinton killed four girls,” Shipley said, sounding defensive.
Then – after already admitting that he knew Craig Sawyer, and literally vouching all over the place for Sawyer, Shipley changed his whole story.
“I never knew him to be a SEAL – I’ve never met Craig. I know of him by reputation only,” Shipley said.
“Well you seem to be defending him – you seem to be defending him quite a bit for somebody you don’t know,” Koukounakis said.
ATTORNEY STEVEN SCOTT BISS – THE ATTORNEY THAT AUTHORED THE HILLARY CLINTON CANNIBALISM RICO WHEREIN “CRAIG SAWYER” IS NAMED AS A DEFENDANT
Jessie Marie Czebotar is a witness in a federal RICO authored by Attorney Steven Scott Biss, Virginia. Biss prepared the RICO on behalf of his client, former Minnesota Administrative Tribunal judge Randi Lynn Erickson. Biss contacted Erickson and advised her he has obtained an attorney in Minnesota where the RICO against Defendant Craig Randall (Sawman) Sawyer (and others) will be filed. TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS possesses a copy of the RICO Complaint.
Czebotar swears she was present and observed “Craig Sawyer” assist Hillary Rodham Clinton in a rape, torture, murder, and cannibalism event where Sawyer scalded tied up children with hot water before Clinton ate a little girl’s Pineal gland.
Attorney Biss is the attorney of retired General Michael Flynn and the Flynn family, U.S. National Security official to Director of National Intelligence, as well as Senior Aide to Congressman Devin Nunes, Kash Patel, former CIA Robert David Steele, former U.S. Secret Service Dan Bongino, former House Intelligence Committee Chair Congressman Devin Nunes (now CEO of Truth Social), Dr. Stella Immanuel, former Minnesota Administrative Tribunal Judge Randi Lynn Erickson, and War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth.
According to former Biss client Manuel Chavez III, Biss is also an attorney for the United States State Department.
