The City of Millersville, Tennessee is presently conducting “Operation Clean Sweep” which, amongst its dynamics, includes a so-called internet child sex sting operation that was staged out of somebody’s shed – allegedly intended to arrest child sex perverts that are responding to an online fake profile decoy account of a 12-year-old.
However, unless you believe former U.S. President Bill Clinton, his wife Hillary Clinton, former U.S. President Barack Obama, his wife Michelle Obama, former U.S. Vice President Al Gore, and/or other high level political figures are going to log-in and chat about sex with the decoy – you are going to quickly understand that what you are actually seeing is an international human trafficking cartel that has been running the United States Government for decades is imploding from within – and its members are trying to get the upper hand on each other.

We have new information that shows how the City of Millersville, Tennessee, through its Police Department, is being used as a Front for international organized crime.
In the olden days, blackmailers would make an ominous telephone call to their target, or perhaps, leave a note or send a letter in the mail.
Now they use the Web and social media to communicate the threat.
Evidence shows Millersville City Assistant Chief of Police Shawn Taylor is conspiring with members of an out-of-state organization to strategically create and deploy an interstate blackmail/extortion scheme that targets Government officials using the Web and social media.
Evidence shows the blackmail-extortion scheme is being run by City of Millersville in partnership with a so-called veteran’s organization. The veteran’s group was originally created and supported online with a Bio that boasted its credentials while citing private security services for former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton.
So, City of Millersville, Tennessee is working with private contractors who have worked alongside Hillary Clinton.
Evidence filed with the U.S. Court, U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division (Fort Campbell), as well as a RICO Complaint prepared by Attorney Steven Scott Biss for his client, former Minnesota Administrative Tribunal judge Randi Lynn Erickson, contains sworn statements and evidence that Jessie Marie Czebotar observed crimes against humanity including torture, murder, and cannibalism, committed by Hillary Rodham Clinton, with the assistance of her protection detail who chained children to the floor where they were scalded with hot water and raped before being murdered and cannibalized.
The blackmail scheme includes a media hoax dynamic supported by City of Millersville, which in conjunction with the veteran’s organization, has disguised the blackmail scheme as a legitimate function of law enforcement which they publicly promote as “Operation Clean Sweep”.
The media dynamic of Operation Clean Sweep is nothing more than a hoax intended to fool the public into thinking they are watching a bunch of pedophiles be taken down by hero cops, when in reality the operation is likely intended to scare the living daylights out of high-level blackmail targets.
Operation Clean Sweep is presented to the public as a Web-based child sex predator online sting that was created in good-faith to battle pedophiles and child predators through a coordinated effort between City of Millersville Police Department and a group based in Arizona that falsely claims to “rescue” children (the group has never rescued one single child but pulls in millions in donations by using the word “rescue”).
Ask yourself – does a city police department fund an official sex-sting through public donations to an out-of-state group that falsely claims to “rescue” children?
That is likely Interstate Wire Fraud.
Simply put – “Operation Clean Sweep” is being used by the conspirators as a communications method to warn their blackmail targets through publicly announced “warrants“; mysterious “warrants” that are going to be served upon unnamed people who are going to be very publicly accused of being connected to child sex trafficking, money laundering, and other illegal activities.
Whether or not the blackmail/extortion target is in fact actually guilty of child sex trafficking is irrelevant in this unique situation because, the City of Millersville Police, which has no jurisdiction beyond the city, is targeting political figures and members of the judicial community on a national scale for self-serving purposes.
Operation Clean Sweep is presented as a random sting operation, all based upon chance, BUT is being used to intimidate pre-determined targets, likely to secure favors, and/or insulate themselves from prosecution for crimes that they the conspirators themselves have committed.
The purpose of the public announcement of the mysterious “warrants” is to intimidate and frighten government officials (e.g. Congressman, Judges, Attorneys, etc.) who may be involved in child sex trafficking and other serious crimes.
The operation was NOT created in Good Faith but rather, is the weaponization of government.
It is this type of ‘operation’ that has allowed child trafficking and horrible crimes against children to flourish in the United States because organized crime uses blackmail to keep politicians and judges under control.
The City of Millersville, through a spokesman on Operation Clean Sweep originally announced that 70 warrants were being processed and there is going to be arrests. The presentation of Operation Clean Sweep, which included videos of Assistant Chief Shawn Taylor standing around inside a command post during the so-called sex sting, was used to solicit donations from the public – as it was announced “warrants” were being processed and big arrests were coming.
It’s all fraud.
After TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS began to report on the shady activities behind Operation Clean Sweep, Chief Taylor appeared for an interview with The New American.
Much was learned.
Taylor’s statements reveal the real truth that City of Millersville originally attempted to hide.
Basically, a fake profile of a 12-year-old was posted on the Web. Then – agents of City of Millersville monitored the profile and engaged in chats with people that chose to engage with the profile. According to Chief Taylor and another spokesman, the chats were highly sexual and perverted and indicated the people engaging were pedophiles.
“We recently did an op with [the Arizona veterans group] in the last month where we took people into custody – pedophiles into custody – and we have over seventy warrants that we are going to be serving over the next couple of months regarding that operation that we did that literally people were soliciting the profile that we set up as a 12 year-old girl online – we had – we got over 70 warrants coming off that one Op,” Taylor said.
There does not appear to be anything on the mainstream news regarding any “arrests” associated with “Operation Clean Sweep”. However, a spokesman for City of Millersville reported a man drove some 40 miles on his bicycle to meet with the decoy. If that happened, perhaps there was one arrest.
During the interview, Taylor was asked about any leads toward future arrests that are planned.
“The data that we have that’s coming in – and the data we are going to be receiving is going to lead to I would probably say – an estimate – there’s probably going to be well over 100 arrests,” Taylor said.
As you see – Taylor is now upping the prospective “arrests” from 70 to 100.
Clever way to threaten 100 people, isn’t it?
Now watch as Taylor slyly admits they don’t actually have warrants, per say – they have some type of ‘information’ or ‘data’ that is going to be presented to a judge in hopes of establishing probable cause.
You will also see Taylor can’t name “who will be arrested”. However, you will see that Taylor admits the targets are political and extend far out of the City of Millersville and out of the State of Tennessee.
“Basically, at this point because we’re gathering the electronic data. I can’t say exactly say who will be arrested because we are still putting together the electronic information to gather the probable cause for the warrants, but the simple fact is we have already seen that some of this money goes into the political coffers and is going into our political infrastructure not only here in the State but nationally,” Taylor said.
The interviewer asked Taylor about specific names including Marsha Blackburn, former U.S. Vice President Al Gore, Former U.S. President Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary Clinton, former U.S. President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle Obama, and any “involvement with child sex trafficking” they might have.
“I’ve been able to follow information that’s through open-source intelligence stuff – basically the things that’s on the internet,” Taylor said.
Chief Taylor said the City of Millersville has “active investigations on child sex trafficking so of course we don’t give everything away so what we do is try to follow the money and business connections”.
Does that sound like an operation involving a decoy account of a fake 12-year-old attracting perverts?
“We have identified, you know, individuals and groups that are involved,” Taylor said.
Taylor then slid in a fact that was not told to the public when the scam was launched, and donations were solicited from the public. “The issue that we’re having is that we have to stay within our City and that is the area that we have authority over,” Taylor said.
“I can only investigate a crime that ties directly to the City of Millersville because that’s my jurisdiction. Is this investigation leading us outside the City of Millersville? – on some things? – yes it is,” Taylor said.
“And we will be able to obtain the adequate search warrants and or subpoenas if we gain the probable cause and a judge signs a search warrant and finds there is probable cause to obtain said search warrant/subpoena and we do have stuff that is happening well outside the City of Millersville – outside our County and things that reach into other states,” Taylor said.
“We are in contact with some other agencies in some other states. We’ve been in contact with State Attorney Generals in other States – we are actively working for having law enforcement officials in other States come together and basically build a multi-state task force to be able to intercept some of these child traffickers – some of these pedophiles,” Taylor said.
