Atty Steven S. Biss, who represents Gen. Michael Flynn and Devin Nunes, has a RICO Complaint that contains the eyewitness testimony of Jessie Marie Czebotar who watched Hillary Clinton order a child scalded with hot water to raise her adrenochrome; then ate a gland from her head.

Biss prepared the VERIFIED COMPLAINT for Randi Lynn Erickson to be filed in Minnesota.
