The nearly incomprehensible extent of Satan and/or Lucifer’s (the Evil One) supernatural ability to create an unreconcilable dilemma for a human being was defeated only one time in the history of man, when Jesus Christ willingly and with forethought, endured torture unto death and gave his life for any and all who might then choose to believe in Him.
The earthly “dilemma” and “System” the Evil One diabolically creates was captured through the craft and spirt of art in the song by the Eagles called “Hotel California”.
I will continue reporting and corresponding about this – – – the battle between Good and Evil.
My reporting and corresponding will include reports about the “dilemma” as it pertains to War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity.

Today, we received the following from Jessie Marie Czebotar.
Czebotar is a documented eyewitness to War Crimes/Crimes Against Humanity and is under attack by the Evil One for testifying about her experiences.

After much prayer, the Lord finally gave me some further wording that I feel is vital and pivotal for the legislative and judicial system to understand about programming and those who are programmed.
First, there has to be a way to separate terms and define in a way that neither can be used as a weapon any longer nor as a form of punishment towards those who were subjected to them.
For those who are considered “programmed”, a good way to define it would be to say, “Conditioned to respond, feel, act, behave, or perform whether consciously or unconsciously.”
To these definitions, it must be added that torture is three fold. The victim is subjected to horrific means of torture to the physical body including the emotions, the spiritual body, and that of their personal sovereign will. Forced performance or torture in any of these areas should be considered a crime. Yet here we get into the very foundations of “religious” and “parental” rights. Legislatively or judicially does anyone have the right to govern and define these rights?
Both would come down to a heart, motive, ethic, or moral judgement. Can any court or law govern or have authority in judging another’s heart especially if they believe their words and actions are in obedience to God who commands “train a child up in the way they should go…”. This must be addressed in the case of crimes being committed by both the Luciferian Brotherhood and the Sovereign Military order.
It is not fair (nor right) to weaponize the torture nor the survival of victims. We do this by making a judgement that the victim has to be either programmed or complacent. The legislative and judicial branches want something black or white, a response of yes or no. Yet, in demanding a “either or” response to questions, a quick judgment is made, as well as a quick conclusion. It is possible then that the wrong conclusion is made and quick judgements are passed that do not address nor lead to the right conclusions, judgments, or unholding of law and order. Doing such creates an unjust oppression over the land and people, which further stirs up the Lord’s anger.
In conditioning, the victim is trained to respond to good or bad stimulus. However, in that conditioning, there can be no real defining of good nor bad. In the System, good is defined by compliance to performance expectations and expected results as well as living up to those standards in duality. The Brotherhood and Sovereign Military excel in rearing children to live and function in this duality which is known as “cover lives”.
As we get into understanding cover lives, there can be no simple straight forward “yes” or “no”, “did you or didn’t you” “were you present or not” responses, especially since crimes are committed in both the physical and spiritual realms. Some children’s creativity excelled in their forced conditioning. Some children (like myself), not knowing what the outcome would be risked it all by making choices and finding options that were not given within that duality.
If legislation and the judicial System wants to pass a judgement on those who are victims of training, experiments, projects, and programs, they must allow every decision to be understood and measured according to the heart and reasoning. The base codes of the System must be considered such as: the code of silence and the code of brotherhood. When these are measured in light of the decisions made and the reasoning in those decisions each judgment can only come down to one thing: does the victim stand right before God in the matter or not, and has the Lord God almighty cleansed them. Any other judgement passed becomes one more crime against the victim being judged.
Why Do I say this?
In judgement definitions are made. “This is what is considered a program” and “this is what we mean when we say a victim has been programmed”. Right from the start the victim can not be fairly judged nor understood. Because this is the beginning of their torture. We are tortured to remember and then we are tortured to forget and forced to live in the code of silence on an auto response that is conditioned to respond, “That did not happen to me” with heavy fear, consequences, and leverages. If a victim confides, “Yes, that did happen to me”, the next conclusion is, “You have lied” and their entire credibility is tossed out the window. The truth is that expecting concrete answers in such matters does not give the full truth. Do we really want to stand and judge in truth?
It must be understood that in every decision the victim made, there was a leverage. The leverage was death, fear, torture, rape, or worse. A victim’s very personhood is placed on the leverage scales. This truth is factored into every decision I and countless victims of the System were forced to make. In my experience, in every decision, someone had to die or be harmed. It was expected that I make the choice as to who; especially in regards to who lived and who died.
Yet, it must also be factored in to that decision that my choice was not always honored, nor were conditions or promises kept. I can certainly say my creativity of coming with alternative options that supported life for all abounded. Was it applauded when I chose that no one should die or be harmed? Was I honored when I chose those perpetrating the abuse should be the ones to die? Would that not have solved the issue for so many children. Were there rewards when I attempted to stop death from occuring or messed up rituals, or when I tried to procure justice against the institutions or organizations that displayed a “form of godliness” but served Him in guise?
When I stand before God, the only crime I have ever been guilty of is that of tainting another’s soul. In these decisions, if I refused, if I did not comply, that meant another had to do it for me. In fact, that was my training partner’s job. In order for me to be good and remain clean, another had to do the dirty work. Should he be judged for protecting my life, and the goodness and the cleanness of my soul?
There was an unspoken option in all this. I am sure many victims of the Luciferian Brotherhood and Sovereign Military have chosen it repeatedly. That is the option of “pick me”. When forced to choose who must die between loved ones or a complete stranger, many of us chose to face death ourselves. But as they would say, “Death is not afforded to you.” What was afforded to us? Choosing how another should die. Should a victim in such a decision be judged for choosing a quick death for another if death becomes the only true freedom and way of escape from such hell? How many longed to die but were not afforded that luxury. Is it a sin to afford another a quick death over a long, painful, horrific, torturous one? Especially when that which is “unspeakable” has no limit.
Do not misunderstand me in this point. I am not attempting to justify the murder or taking of the life of another. God has defined this clearly as a sin. What I am trying to say is that judging someones involvement in that sin, is not as easily defined as “did you sin or not”? In many satanic ritual crimes, there are two sets of victims, those who die and those who are forced to live thru it. This is modeled from the Old Testament principle of the two goats. One was sacrificed and the other was considered the living sacrifice.
Only in fully knowing the victims heart and reasonings can we understand that there are many victims who have never been honored for decisions they made in their experiences of abuse. In the book of Esther chapter 6 we see the Lord working through king Xerxes to remedy the issue of displaced honor. Should not honor be placed upon the record instead of only judgements? Will we all not have to stand before God one day and present the records we have kept? Should this not be what we all rejoice in and what we make every effort to instill in our children? That we have made every effort to keep proper accounts before God. Should not honor and delighting in each others righteousness be the foundation of our law and order?
How blessed would the judgement be heard that proclaimed…” In the matter of (such and such), you have been found righteous before God and cleansed from all unrighteousness. In response to your righteousness, what has been taken from you shall be restored in the following way…”
Those who bear the burden of carrying the confessions and acknowledgments of victims of the Luciferian Brotherhood and Sovereign Military order victims must be equipped to bear that burden with wisdom and understanding.
