Can an entire government form contracts and partnerships with a “Domestic Violence” court and then use the court to Order an out-of-state journalist to do, or not do something?
Holmseth’s TRUTH SOCIAL post may be going in that direction.
Holmseth’s release may be a development in the ongoing story we have covered regarding government officials in Belmont County, Ohio, including police officers, Sheriff’s, and members of the judicial system including attorneys and judges, who have formed contractual partnerships between themselves that includes the operation of a “Dometic Violence” court that uses the STATE Seal and accesses federal systems such as the NCIC (FBI) and USPS to advance their day-to-day operations, which is shown by evidence to be a secret “extortion” racket.
The partnerships themselves may violate several federal statutes.
According to court records in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, Holmseth alleges public officials and members of the BAR Association conspired to use their ‘Mom and Pop’ Domestic Violence court in Belmont County, which was operated by Defendant (Judge) Frank Fregiato and his wife, Defendant Cynthia Fregiato, who is the Clerk of Court for Belmont County, to force Holmseth into stopping his news reporting about corruption happening in Belmont County, Ohio.
Franke Fregiato recently announced his retirement after Holmseth reported the activities of the Belmont Courts to the Ohio Supreme Court. Cynthia Fregiato, Frank Fregiatio’s wife, also announced she was leaving her job. The rolling news reports out of Ohio also revealed Martins Ferry (Ohio) Police Chief John McFarland also left his position.
Public records published on the Web by Belmont County show a judge in Belmont County was angry when he received information from Holmseth, that involved evidence that was sent by Holmseth to the “FBI”.
It is not known at this time the name of every public official that has been implicated or received service of process, or if some are being investigated and may be served in the future. It does appear there is a host of different victims from different States that could potentially bring suit against various public officials and BAR members in Belmont County.
By what appears to be a deliberate ‘shuffle’ of judicial actors working in conspiracy – it could possibly become a Class Action suit.
Holmseth has covered a wide range of matters of great public importance.
