Jessie Marie Czebotar is a witness in a federal RICO authored by Attorney Steven Scott Biss, Virginia. Biss prepared the RICO on behalf of his client, former Minnesota Administrative Tribunal judge Randi Lynn Erickson. Biss contacted Erickson and advised her he has obtained an attorney in Minnesota where the RICO against Defendant Craig Randall (Sawman) Sawyer (and others) will be filed. At 4 years-old Czebotar was forced to begin training for the position of Queen Mother of Darkness. Jessie Czebotar has petitioned U.S. Congress and the Select Subcommittee of the Weaponization of the Federal Government, Jim Jordan – Ohio, and requested to testify.
