On March 28, 2024, a court hearing was held in Marion County, Florida in STATE OF FLORIDA vs. NEELY PETRIE BLANCHARD. The official docket published by the State records, as a fact, that Attorney Jack Maro gave his former client Neely Blanchard “ALL DISCOVERY IN OPEN COURT”.
Evidence shows Maro was LYING.
Pretending that everything was on the up and up, Administrative Judge Lisa Herndon DENIED Neely Blanchard’s request for a continuance so Blanchard could obtain “effective assistance of counsel” and set the case – a First Degree Murder Case with a Firearm case (1st Degree Murder can carry the Death Penalty in Florida) – for trial on April 15, 2024.
Blanchard was seen being escorted from Herndon’s Courtroom in handcuffs and shackles while carrying extremely heavy boxes of documents and evidence (i.e., Discovery) which she reportedly lugged for about one mile. Blanchard said her arms were covered in bruises from carrying the items.
The once viable plot by the FBI (Minneapolis FBI/The Chaos Project), Attorney Jack Maro, along with other court and public officials, working in tandem with Impostor Media to implicate President Donald Trump through a first-degree murder case that would, by diabolical conspiracy, be strategically tied to “QAnon” a “cult” and “mind-control” and perfectly timed to coincide with the existing four (4) Trump Indictments to interfere with the 2024 Election, is disintegrating before the eyes of the world.
On April 4, 2024, Neely Petrie-Blanchard spoke with Alexandra Koukounakis, Toronto, Canada. Blanchard has assigned Koukounakis as her “Agent” and requested Koukounakis to perform specific tasks for her. Recording establish Blanchard requested Koukounakis help her because she cannot perform some tasks because she is incarcerated against in her will in Marion County, Florida. Koukounakis’s assistance to Blanchard is legally defined as Agency by Necessity and/or Agent by Necessity.
Blanchard told Koukounakis that Attorney Jack Maro did NOT turn over all the DISCOVERY from her case and that the Marion County Court’s Register of Actions contained FALSE INFORMATION presented for public view.

“I did go through all of my Discovery last night – so I do know what I’m missing – I want to get this on the Record – so Jack [Maro] – pages that I’m missing okay Page 17 through 23 – okay – 17 through 20 that’s the Marion County Sheriff’s Office Probable Cause Affidavit dated November 16, 2020 that’s missing – then I’m missing Page number 27 through 37 and number 21 through 25 says the Marion County Sheriff’s Office Probable Cause Affidavit dated December 14, 2020 – and then 27 through 37 is the Search Warrant – Affidavit For Search Warrant and Search Warrant Inventory and Return for Duplex 1606 2 Southwest 34th Court Road, Marion County – and then I’m missing last but not least Page 165 through 205 and that says 165 to 104 with Marion County Sheriff’s Office Evidence Item Number 27 Documents From Tall Trash Can On West Wall Of Living Room at [in-audible] and then 175 through 184 is Marion County Sheriff’s Office Evidence Item Number 42 Documents From Manila Postage Envelope from On Desk Of East Wall Living Room and the 185 to 228 is Marion county Sheriff’s Office Item Number 45 – Documents From Lime Green Folder With Paperwork From a Small Bookcase From East Wall In This Area. So those are the things that I’m missing,” Neely Blanchard said.
Blanchard also said she is “missing” emails between Maro and members of a “network”. The Prosecution in the case entered Tangible Evidence entitled “Nefarious Network Report”.
“And, and I’m missing these Depositions I need to tell you what Depositions I’m missing John Light (John Lightle) which he’s the investigator, he’s the Reporting Officer, his Deposition was taken on September 2, 2021 at 1:30 I’m missing his – I’m missing Daniel Pinder and his last name is P-I-N-D-E-R – he was the Investigator – his Deposition was taken September 2, 2021 – I’m missing Tiffany Cox she was a Crime Scene Investigator – her Deposition was taken on September 2, 2021 – and I’m missing Shannon [inaudible], she was the Assisting Officer was Officer Number 4504 I’m missing hers she was taken September 2, 2021, and then I’m missing the Medical Examiner Office her name is Tera it’s T-E-R-A Jones, she’s a medical doctor her Deposition was taken September 9, 2021 at 2:30 PM,” Neely Blanchard said.
The beforementioned Depositions were taken by “The State and Jack (Maro)” Neely Blanchard said.
“You need to send this email to Jack and let him know because it needs to be documented that’s what I’m missing,” Blanchard said.
