Based upon recent developments in the First-Degree Murder trial of Neely Petrie Blanchard in Marion County, Florida – I am looking into the facts and circumstances surrounding the involvement of an Administrative Judge (Executive Branch) in this murder trial.
The Administrative Judge is Lisa Herndon.
Court records show Herndon has been presiding over the case.

TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS has examined the Clerk of Court’s Register of Actions in the case of STATE OF FLORIDA vs. NEELY PETRIE BLANCHARD.
We have not observed any documentation that would show a formal RESOLUTION and CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY from the Corporation was entered.
The case of STATE OF FLORIDA vs. NEELY PETRIE BLANCHARD is being presided over by Administrative Judge Lisa Herndon. The Clerk of Court Register of Actions shows Herndon has been presiding over the hearings in the First-Degree Murder case regarding the murder of Christopher Edward Hallett.
Lisa Herndon is an Administrative Judge which is part of the Executive Branch.
