I have submitted a formal request to Bryan Morris, city manager, City of Millersville, Tennessee.

I have requested to know if the City of Millersville, Tennessee has a Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) with the Veterans group that has publicly announced it is working with law enforcement and the alleged ’70 warrants’ the private group announced that are alleged being processed for pending “arrests”.

I have requested Bonding information that would be associated with any such JPA. I have also requested copies of the JPA and Bonding.

I am simultaneously examining evidence I possess and comparing it with available information regarding the murder of Fort Cambell soldier Pfc. Katia Duenas-Aguilar.

I am not confirming or denying at this time if I have spoken to the Homicide Detective on the Duenas-Aguilar murder case.
