The continuous rippling effects of the rigged trial and planned verdict deployed by Foreign Insurgents against President Donald Trump in Manhattan last week are spreading across the country where daily skirmishes are popping up in the Tennessee Pedophile Wars.
Today the Associated Press reported, “Judge rejects call to immediately shut down Alex Jones’ Infowars in bankruptcy dispute“.
The sudden court activity regarding Alex Jones and his media operation Info Wars was abruptly initiated in regard to monetary judgements against Jones that came as the results of lawsuits brought against him by relatives of the Sandy Hook shooting. “On Sunday, they filed an emergency motion to convert Free Speech Systems’ bankruptcy reorganization into a liquidation, saying Jones has not made progress in showing how he will pay the lawsuit judgments,” Associated Press reported.
The Emergency Motion against Jones comes after a very public war of words broke out between Phil Williams, Investigative Reporter, News 5, Nashville, and Assistant Police Chief Shawn Taylor, City of Millersville, Tennessee.
Indeed… facts and evidence show there may in fact be an “Emergency” – but just exactly WHO is in danger? And – is the mainstream news and U.S. Courts really looking out for Americans?

On May 28, 2024, Phil Williams, News 5, reported, “‘It’s indecent!’ Friend of Covenant victim on conspiracy cop’s fabrications about school shooting – – – In Taylor, Anna Caudill sees an Alex Jones wannabe. ‘I sure wouldn’t want Alex Jones as the assistant chief of police.””
On June 1, 2024, Williams posted on Twitter/X @NC5PhilWilliams and confronted the Millersville Spokesman saying, “Telling such horrific lies about me puts me in danger”.
Notably – while Williams is concerned with his own safety, neither News 5 nor Info Wars is covering the Clarksville, Tennessee murder of Fort Campbell soldier Katia Duenas-Aguilar that appears to be connected to Hillary’s gang that has invaded the region. However, War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth has alerted the public to the Fort Campbell situation. “I am simultaneously examining evidence I possess and comparing it with available information regarding the murder of Fort Cambell soldier Pfc. Katia Duenas-Aguilar. I am not confirming or denying at this time if I have spoken to the Homicide Detective on the Duenas-Aguilar murder case,” Holmseth said on TRUTH SOCIAL.
While the U.S. Court has now become involved in possibly shutting down a functioning independent media operation (Info Wars) based upon, what the mainstream news media reports as a Bankruptcy issue involving Sandy Hook, the facts and timeline of events indicate there is much more happening than the public is being told – – – and the missing parts of the real story are the parts that involve PUBLIC SAFETY.
Assistant Chief Taylor has been appearing on various podcasts to discuss Phil Williams, and what Taylor claims are efforts by Williams and News 5 to interfere with “Operation Clean Sweep” – a robust operation Taylor set up in Millersville in partnership with an Arizona-based ‘veterans’ group that falsely claims to “rescue” children. Operation Clean Sweep included a Web-based child sex predator sting that utilized an online decoy that pretended to be a 12-year-old – in hopes of attracting pedophiles to the decoy.
Following the highly suspicious ‘operation’ that appears to have been launched by City of Millersville with no Joint Powers Agreements or appropriate Bonding, a Millersville Spokesman for “Operation Clean Sweep” announced 70 warrants were being processed and “arrests” are imminent. Today it was reported that City of Millersville has lost its liability insurance.
It appears insurance companies shy away from situations that may involve casual rape and murder.

In 2017, the spokesman for City of Millersville and his veteran’s group that falsely claimed to rescue children received $100,000 from Alex Jones and Info Wars for child rescues that never happened. Jones told his audience he planned to raise $10 Million for the ‘child rescue’ group that turned out to be a fraud.
The connections between the Millersville Spokesman and Alex Jones’ Info Wars also ties to retired General Michael Flynn and his agent Ivan Raiklin.
