INTRODUCTION: On November 8, 2022, FBI task force officer Brett Peachey filed a Complaint in U.S. Court in Ohio and secured an arrest warrant for Justin Foley in Ohio.
Why does it matter?
Because.
On November 12, 2022, Timothy Charles Holmseth contacted Agent Peachey about an image of a petite, hairless, seemingly pre-pubescent vagina with strange bruising (possibly a corpse). “Evidence shows the image may be connected to the Justin Foley case, as well as the double-murder investigation of the murders of Abigail Williams and Liberty German in Delphi, Indiana,” Holmseth said.
But despite two little girls being found butchered in a ritual sacrifice in Delphi, Indiana, one posed by an Odinite pagan cultist who used sticks to put horns on the child, some members of law enforcement, as well as the BAR Association attorneys involved can’t bring themselves to admit it was a ritual sacrifice – instead they frame an innocent man named Richard Allen.
And even more egregious – an attorney from Georgia/South Carolina named Lin Wood logged into Twitter on January 4, 2021, and publicly declared he was in control of a child snuff film library that contained videos of high-level government officials raping and murdering little kids. Instead of the FBI and/or any other law enforcement seizing Wood’s kiddy-porn snuff film files, the Prosecution in the RICO case against President Donald Trump in Fulton County, Georgia names Wood as a witness for the Prosecution.
So… the greatest President in the history of the United States of American gets accused of racketeering because he challenged election results – while a BAR Attorney who told the WHOLE WORLD he possesses rape and murder videos of children being tortured by government officials, is running wild with outlaw Navy SEALS and Wanted men – and is being called as a witness for the Prosecution.

On November 13, 2023, the federal court in Texas dismissed (without prejudice) the libel lawsuit filed by Wood’s former colleague John Sabal (aka QANON John) against (former attorney) Lin Wood, South Carolina.
The court found it lacked Personal Jurisdiction over Wood. The case can be re-filed in South Carolina where Wood resides. The case was originally filed in Texas by Sabal’s attorney Steven Scott Biss, Virginia.
Attorney Biss, who represents a long list of well-known public figures who are part of the intelligence community (e.g., retired General Michael Flynn, former chairman of House Intelligence Committe Devin Nunes, retired CIA Robert David Steele, former U.S. Secret Service Dan Bongino, former chief of staff to the Secretary of Defense under President Trump, Kash Patel, the family of Michael Flynn (e.g. Joe Flynn), and many others, was recently rendered incapacitated by a stroke as his law office was broken into and his computer gone missing.
November 13, 2023, apparently was not a good day for Joe Flynn, who hopped on Twitter and blasted President Donald Trump’s MAGA movement calling it a “never ending fucking clown show”.
Joe Flynn’s anxiety might reasonably be connected to the recent turn of events involving Attorney Biss. Biss is Joe Flynn’s lawyer and according to Joe Flynn, his “friend”. In a recently published phone call between Jason Goodman and Joe Flynn, a heated argument ensues over Attorney Biss who Goodman calls a “fucking criminal”.
Indeed – there was a lot going on in the world of the Flynn family and their attorney Steven Biss.
At the time of Attorney Biss’s stroke, he was preparing to file a civil RICO Complaint he drafted for his client, a former Truth and Taxation judge from Minnesota, Randi Lynn Erickson, against a host of Defendants including one who was/is not an American citizen, and another who is ex-military who was trained with U.S. taxpayers money and assisted Hillary Clinton in the rape, torture, murder, and cannibalism of a little girl.
Attorney Biss’ wife, Tanya Biss, has publicly come forward to say her husband is a foreign “spy” and points out that millions of dollars disappeared shortly before her husband suffered his catastrophic health event. Tanya Biss said she reported major crimes to the FBI regarding a huge fraud happening that involves the complicity of the Security & Exchange Commission. Tanya Biss said she is being severely retaliated against by law enforcement and the Virginia State BAR Association.
In July 2023, War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth, another client of Attorney Biss, filed an AFFIDAVIT OF TRUTH REGARDING VIOLATIONS OF THE ESPIONAGE ACT into the U.S. Court in Tennessee’s Eastern District. The Affidavit provided details that showed an investigation should be commenced into the activities surrounding Attorney Biss and many of those around him.
Holmseth’s Affidavit explained that Holmseth contacted the attorneys of President Donald J. Trump to alert Trump to the activities surrounding Attorney Biss. The Affidavit said Attorney Biss told Erickson (Holmseth’s escrow agent) to advise Holmseth he needs to stop writing about “Michael Flynn” and “Devin Nunes”. Holmseth alerted the U.S. Court that evidence showed Attorney Biss was harvesting ABOVE TOP SECRET information regarding U.S. Military programs and transferring it to a Foreign Power.
Holmseth, an award-winning news reporter who was interviewed by the FBI in 2010, identified a massive conglomerate of individuals who were all associated with each other, after he journalistically and physically infiltrated the inner circle of a psychological operation called “Q” and/or “QAnon”.
The “Q” operation connected General Michael Flynn, Attorney Lin Wood, self-professed U.S. Secret Service and Trump Commissioner David Lester Straight, a mysterious un-named character called Juan O’Savin, Boeing uninterruptable auto-pilot whistleblower Field McConnell, Attorney Sidney Powell, John Sabal, and many others.
In 2020 Flynn, Powell, Doug Logan, Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne and a gaggle of outlaw Navy SEALS working for Fortress Global congregated at Wood’s plantation in Yemassee, South Carolina where they set up a command post to plan future events which culminated into the madness and chaos that occurred on January 6, 2021.
Wood publicly announced on January 4, 2023, he possessed videos of high-level officials raping and murdering children. Wood conspired to force actions from President Trump and attempted to blackmail high level officials using his snuff film collection.
Wood has now been named as a witness for the Prosecution in the RICO case against Donald Trump in Georgia.
