Jessie Marie Czebotar is a witness in a federal RICO authored by Attorney Steven Scott Biss, Virginia. Biss prepared the RICO on behalf of his client, former Minnesota Administrative Tribunal judge Randi Lynn Erickson. Biss contacted Erickson and advised her he has obtained an attorney in Minnesota where the RICO against Defendant Craig Randall (Sawman) Sawyer (and others) will be filed. At 4 years-old Czebotar was forced to begin training for the position of Queen Mother of Darkness. Czebotar was subjected to torture by the U.S. Military and Sovereign Military Order of the Knights Templar within the Luciferian Brotherhood. Czebotar swears she was present and observed “Craig Sawyer” assist Hillary Rodham Clinton in a rape, torture, murder, and cannibalism event in the 1980’s where Sawyer scalded tied up children with hot water before Clinton ate a little girl’s Pineal gland.

Jessie Czebotar’s affidavits are filed in the U.S. Court – Minnesota, U.S. Army (Fort Campbell) Criminal Investigation Division, Biss Law Office, Virginia, Office of the Texas Governor, and the attorneys of President Donald Trump.
Jessie Czebotar has petitioned U.S. Congress and the Select Subcommittee of the Weaponization of the Federal Government, Jim Jordan – Ohio, and requested to testify.
