I am exploring my very wide range of legal options regarding the adverse actions that the City of Millersville, Tennessee has taken against me.
On June 20, 2024, the City of Millersville DEFAMED and SLANDERED me, with MALICE, when the City’s agent and official spokesman for “Operation Clean Sweep” falsely stated that I am a FELON and a “convicted felony stalker”.
I am NOT a FELON and have NEVER been convicted of STALKING.
The most basic search by law enforcement would instantly render a background report result that I am NOT a FELON.

BASIC SUMMARY
Hillary Clinton’s former bodyguard Craig Randall Sawyer, along with his fake child rescue group (Veterans For Child Rescue) is running “joint operations” with the City of Millersville, Tennessee Police Department (MPD) in what they are calling “Operation Clean Sweep” (OCS) which involves a Web-based ‘To Catch a Predator’-type online sting operation staged out of a shed somewhere. OCS is an internet operation where perverts and pedophiles are baited and lured into sexually charged conversations with an MPD/V4CR “Decoy” who pretends to be an underage teenager.
As OCS was deployed, the MPD and V4CR recorded the sexually charged and very graphic chat logs, amidst what now appears to have been little more than a ‘phone sex’-type scam using a chat room where perverts and pedophiles masturbate while typing out their fantasies with an unknown individual that has made themself available to talk about sex.
Om May 21, 2024, Craig Sawyer, acting as the official spokesman for the MPD/V4CR joint operation (that appears to exist without any formal Joint Powers Agreement with City of Millersville or insurance coverage) announced in a video, which featured Assistant Millersville Police Chief Shawn Taylor inside the command post (a shed) along with Sawyer and many others, that the MPD and V4cR had developed 70 “warrants”.
Sawyer, who by all accounts is impersonating law enforcement, used the alleged “warrants” to promote V4CR and provided links to the public to send donations to his Arizona-based non-profit.
Assistant Police Chief Shawn Taylor subsequently admitted during interviews that MPD/City of Millersville only had jurisdiction within their city, which was essentially an admission by Taylor that the city was participating in a scam that likely constitutes Interstate Wire Fraud among other possible State and Federal crimes.
On June 20, 2024, (defending on Time Zone) a video appeared online that shows Craig Randall (Sawman) Sawyer wherein Sawyer makes false and defamatory statements about Timothy Charles Holmseth. In the video statement Sawyer supported his false claims about Holmseth by referring to Operation Clean Sweep in Nashville, Tennessee where Sawyer and V4CR are partnering with City of Millersville Police Department.

On June 19, 2024, a video appeared online wherein Jessie Czebotar discusses accusations she made against Craig Sawyer in an affidavit that involves claims by Czebotar that she watched Sawyer and Hillary Clinton torture and murder children before Clinton ate a little girl’s Pineal gland.

ATTORNEY STEVEN SCOTT BISS – THE ATTORNEY THAT AUTHORED THE HILLARY CLINTON CANNIBALISM RICO WHEREIN “CRAIG SAWYER” IS NAMED AS A DEFENDANT
Jessie Marie Czebotar is a witness in a federal RICO authored by Attorney Steven Scott Biss, Virginia. Biss prepared the RICO on behalf of his client, former Minnesota Administrative Tribunal judge Randi Lynn Erickson. Biss contacted Erickson and advised her he has obtained an attorney in Minnesota where the RICO against Defendant Craig Randall (Sawman) Sawyer (and others) will be filed. TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS possesses a copy of the RICO Complaint.
Czebotar swears she was present and observed “Craig Sawyer” assist Hillary Rodham Clinton in a rape, torture, murder, and cannibalism event where Sawyer scalded tied up children with hot water before Clinton ate a little girl’s Pineal gland.
Attorney Biss is the attorney of retired General Michael Flynn and the Flynn family, U.S. National Security official to Director of National Intelligence, as well as Senior Aide to Congressman Devin Nunes, Kash Patel, former CIA Robert David Steele, former U.S. Secret Service Dan Bongino, former House Intelligence Committee Chair Congressman Devin Nunes (now CEO of Truth Social), Dr. Stella Immanuel, former Minnesota Administrative Tribunal Judge Randi Lynn Erickson, and War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth.
