On March 10, 2026, we reported, “GENERAL CHARLES FLYNN ISSUES BLACKMAIL WARNING TO U.S. GOVERNMENT VIA CATHERINE HERRIDGE“.

The story contains a video that reveals the existence of a CIA espionage operation involving the family of two U.S. Army Generals (Charles and Michael Flynn) and a massive file heist that took place at BISS LAW OFFICE, Virginia, as well as the home of Attorney Steven Scott Biss; a heist performed by the Virginia State Bar, U.S. State Department, and Flynn family attorneys with the Binnall Law Group.

SHAWN M. FLYNN 

Shawn M. Flynn is listed as Deputy General Counsel of the Office of General Counsel, U.S. Department of War.

Shawn Flynn’s superior at the Office of General Counsel is Earl G. Matthews, General Counsel, U.S. Department of War.

Colonel Earl Matthews testified to the House Administration Committee that U.S. Army General Charles Flynn, the brother of General Michael Flynn, lied about critical information regarding the chaos of January 6, 2021, in Washington DC.

“Col. Earl Matthews wrote a memo to the select subcommittee investigating the riot called Gen. Charles Flynn, who served as deputy chief of staff for operations, and Lt. Gen. Walter Piatt, director of Army staff, ‘absolute and unmitigated liars,’ Daily Mail reported.

Our extensive reporting and many stories on the CIA espionage operation sets forth evidence that BINNALL LAW GROUP, while representing the Flynn family, was simultaneously legally representing PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP and had effectively INFILTRATED President Trump’s inner circle and compromised his Attorney-Client privilege to the advantage of an enemy power that is part of an international cartel.

On May 2, 2025, Binnall Law Group announced their “partner” “Shawn Flynn” was leaving Binnall for his new position at the U.S. Department of Defense as Deputy General Counsel.

We observed the name “Flynn” and began to investigate the identity of Shawn Flynn because we found it no less than astonishing that General Counsel Earl Matthews would hire the VERY SON of the U.S. Army General (Charles Flynn) that Matthews categorically accused of lying about the events of January 6, 2021, in Washington DC.

Performing a standard Google search, results say “Shawn Flynn is the son of Lieutenant General Charles Flynn and the nephew of Lieutenant General Michael Flynn. Shawn Flynn is listed as one of the children of Charles Flynn and his wife, Kathleen, making him part of the prominent military family connected to the former Nation Security Advisor”.

NOTE of ODDITY: The Wikipedia page for General Charles A. Flynn contains NO INFORMATION about Charles Flynn’s wife “Kathleen” or any children.

However, we were able to acquire a news story from February 1, 2017, that shows a photo of General Charles Flynn’s wife Kathleen who is named specifically in the cutline of the story. SEE IMAGE BELOW

U.S. Court records for Flynn vs. United States (8:23-cv-00485) reveal the connection between Shawn M. Flynn and Michael Flynn.

JANUARY 6, 2021 – WASHINGTON DC

Our reports on an espionage operation being staged out of Biss Law Office were based upon a long-detailed history described to War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth (as well as Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota, and Alexandra Koukounakis, host, Infiltrated by Truth Punisher) by Tanya Biss, wife/paralegal, Attorney Steven Scott Biss, Charlottesville, Virginia.

Attorney Steven Scott Biss is the lawyer of The Flynn Family, CIA Robert David Steele, former U.S. Congressman/House Intelligence Chairman/Truth Social CEO Devin Nunes, FBI Director Kash Patel, former Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino, former administrative tax judge Randi Lynn Erickson, War Correspondent/FBI Jeffrey Epstein witness Timothy Charles Holmseth, Manuel Chavez III (aka DEFANGO), John Sabal (aka QAnon John), and others.

Shortly before the 2020 election, Attorney Lin Wood hosted a gaggle of co-conspirators at his newly purchased plantation in South Carolina where General Michael Flynn carved the turkey on Thanksgiving.

In 2020, Wood, Flynn, and others were firming up plans to overthrow the U.S. Government which involved Wood tweeting a MEMO directly to President Donald Trump; a MEMO authored by Timothy Charles Holmseth.

Although Wood, Flynn, and a long list of their co-conspirators did not know it at the time, Holmseth was infiltrating the “Q” operation. Holmseth captured co-conspirator David Lester Straight on recording wherein Straight discussed Wood, Juan O’Savin, and others as he laid out the plan to hang members of U.S. Congress on January 6, 2021.
