War Correspondent/FBI Jeffrey Epstein child trafficking witness Timothy Charles Holmseth has been monitoring cartel activity in Minnesota connected to Governor Tim Walz, MN AG Keith Ellison, and an interstate, turned international, conspiracy, that is operating under the Jeffrey Epstein trafficking and money laundering operations connected to rogue elements of the FBI, CIA, U.S. State Department and other agencies.

War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth’s investigations have uncovered a network of mobile home parks in Minnesota (and across the United States) that are being used by the Mexican Cartel to advance organized crime.
Holmseth’s investigations have uncovered a massive fraud scheme in Tracy, Minnesota that involves many other public officials in Lyon County, Minnesota, as well as STATE OF MINNESOTA agencies.
Holmseth learned the trailer parks are being used to hide cartel operatives, develop fraudulent federal grant schemes, traffic drugs, launder money, create voters, and other crimes that advance the objectives of the criminal cartel.
We are investigating a suspicious death that occurred in Lyon County, Minnesota. Our continuing investigation and search for records indicates the death occurred in Marshall, Minnesota. Our investigations indicate the death occurred in a trailer park.
JUSTIN JAMES LARSON
Holmseth received a tip regarding a man named “Justin”.
Holmseth believes the man is Justin James Larson.
Holmseth began monitoring the arrest of Justin James Larson who allegedly provided a fake name to the Tracy (MN) Police Department. Holmseth discovered Justin James Larson has a prior conviction for the same charge of (pretending to be someone he’s not).
Holmseth learned Justin Larson’s girlfriend is allegedly named Raven Marie Bock. Holmseth determined Bock has an active warrant. Holmseth learned Bock may be living in a trailer with Justin Larson at Cedar Lane Mobile Home Park in Tracy, MN.
Holmseth determined Bock had been previously arrested and charged with drug and/or drug trafficking related crimes in Scott County, Minnesota. Holmseth observed in Raven Bock’s court records that she was associated with Matthew John Brandt. Law enforcement stated in the court record, “Matthew John Brandt (herein after Brandt) as a person who was supplying large volumes of fentanyl and other controlled substances to the greater Mankato area”.
Holmseth learned that on April 25, 2025, KEYC news reported that Matthew John Brandt and 3 others were charged with 3rd Degree Murder for someone who died of an overdose – the story was connected to a Fentanyl trafficking operation under investigation by the Minnesota River Vally Drug Task Force.
Holmseth further learned from a promotional story published by the Mankato Free Press that in 2019, someone named Raven Bock set up a GoFundMe to cover health related expenses of a child who was shown as the feature photo. The story contained a statement from someone named Matthew Brandt.
