“On Monday, September 29, 2025, the Virginia State Bar announced the revocation of Elliott Purcell Park’s license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The revocation, effective September 26, 2025, follows a decision by the VSB Disciplinary Board.

The case is entitled “In the Matter of Elliott Purcell Park,” with case nos. 25-032-133708, 25-032-134323, 25-032-134358, 25-032-134569, 25-032-134672, 25-032-134931, and 25-032-135539.

The action stems from multiple violations of professional rules. These violations encompass a range of ethical breaches, including failures in diligence, communication with clients, and the proper handling of client property.

After making this communication with Erickson, Attorney Biss [supposedly] suffered a severe stroke, had his office broken into and robbed, and his laptop containing ALL HIS LAW FILES was stolen by a member of the VA BAR, as well as a self-described State Department employee Manuel Chavez III.

EVIDENCE SHOWS Biss Law Office is committing espionage, sedition, and treason, through clients KASH PATEL, DAN BONGINO, DEVIN NUNES, GENERAL MICHAEL FLYNN, JOHN SABAL, CIA ROBERT DAVID STEELE, and others. Tanya Biss said Attorney Biss is rigging cases to set legal precedent that will make suing the media impossible.
