On March 25, 2026, Minnesota Star Tribune reported plaintiffs for the STATE OF MINNESOTA, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, Mary Moriarty, and Drew Evans, sued the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Pamela Bondi, Kristi Noem, in U.S. Court (Case Number: 1:26-cv-01007) regarding their demand for evidence pertaining to OPERATION METRO SURGE and the shooting deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti.
STATE OF MINNESOTA SUES FEDS NOEM BONDI DREW EVANS
EVIDENCE SHOWS the plaintiffs in the newly filed case have been actively conspiring amongst themselves and their media partners (including CIA operative Bruce Springsteen) to assist local governments and law enforcement for the express purpose of concealing the existence of a vast network of mobile home parks (trailer parks) in Minnesota that have been used by STATE OF MINNESOTA to hide a secret army of international cartel soldiers – an army that is being used to advance an entire gamut of military objectives against the People of Minnesota and the People of the United States.
MINNESOTA BCA SUPERINTENDENT DREW EVANS
Drew Evans, Superintendent, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal of Apprehension (BCA), is a plaintiff in the State’s case and is attempting to obtain evidence in the high-profile and controversial shooting deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti.
War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth recently announced he is investigating the network of cartel trailer parks, which led Holmseth to a report from a source in Southwest Minnesota that a “dead body” had been found in the backseat of a car. The source advised Holmseth that a man named “Michael Grover” had been present at the scene of the dead body.
Holmseth’s reports resulted in a secondary probe being launched by Alexandra Koukounakis, Canada (host of Telegram talk shows Infiltrated by Truth Punisher/Up CLOSE) who began contacting public officials and law enforcement in Lyon County, Minnesota, to inquire into the “dead body”.
Holmseth learned from Koukounakis’ independent research, which included calls to the Marshall Police Department in Lyon County, Minnesota, and other agencies/officials, that the “dead body” was a female named Lauren Kathleen Pegram. Koukounakis spoke with MPD detective Jason Kopitski (Kopitski stated he is also with the BCA) who told Koukounakis the investigation began on December 1, 2025.

Shortly after Holmseth’s report on March 24, he issued a PUBLIC SAFETY ALERT after learning that the deceased woman’s mother, Kathleen Pegram, had long since posted on the Web that her daughter’s last day of life was November 26, 2025 – which would mean 4 days passed between Lauren Pegram’s death and her body being found.
Kathleen Pegram posted on a Go Fund Me page, “Hello my name is Kathleen Pegram. I recently lost my daughter. She was found on Dec 1st by my neighbor and myself in the car I had given her, with a cord around her neck, asphyxiated”.

Records show that despite knowing that the proverbial ‘Boston Strangler’ could be on the loose in Tracy, Minnesota, Marshall, Minnesota, Lyon County, Minnesota, or anywhere, murdering girls, Drew Evans the Minnesota BCA and the media in Minnesota did not utter a word of it to the public.
Kopitski told Koukounakis they were still waiting for forensic evidence from the BCA and only received approximately 75% of the evidence.
THE MARSHALL INDEPENDENT & THE TRACY HEADLIGHT HERALD
On March 24, 2026, Koukounakis spoke with editorial management at The Marshall Independent (local news) and inquired into why they had not covered the news story about the “dead body” of Lauren Kathleen Pegram.
On March 26, 2026, The Marshall Independent reported on the death of Lauren Kathleen Pegram for the first time since she was found with, according to her mother, a cord around her neck – “asphyxiated”.
The Marshall Independent did not mention “Michael Grover” who was reportedly at the scene of the dead body. The Independent also made no mention of the fact that the dead girl’s mother said her daughter was found with a “cord” around her “neck” and was “asphyxiated”.
The Tracy Headlight Herald in Tracy, Minnesota has been actively covering a news story regarding a local trailer park called Cedar Lane Mobile Home Park. In October of 2025 the Headlight Herald reported, “Board rules against Tracy mobile home park owner” which, Headlight Herald reported, was owned and operated by “Mike Grover”.
War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth learned that at least some of the trailer homes at Cedar Lane in Tracy, MN are actually owned by the County of Lyon; Lyon County acting as an Agent for the STATE OF MINNESOTA (acting through the Minnesota Department of Revenue).
RANDI LYNN ERICKSON
On October 31, 2025, the Deed to the actual real estate property that the Cedar Lane trailers sit upon was subsequently transferred by Michael Grover to Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota, after Michael Grover could not pay the taxes due on the property and did not want the government to steal his mobile home park. Erickson, a former administrative tax judge and licensed abstractor had uncovered evidence of logic-defying irregularities occurring in Tracy, Minnesota that involved both Lyon County officials and the State of Minnesota itself. Erickson and Michael Grover agreed that Erickson would cover the due taxes on the property in exchange for the Deed. Erickson told Michael Grover she would give the Deed back when he paid her back.
Randi Lynn Erickson is the Plaintiff of Erickson vs. Sawyer et al (0:21-cv-02536 – U.S. Court – Minnesota) which was filed by Erickson after Hillary Clinton’s bodyguard Craig (Sawman) sawyer and a group of FBI-CIA-U.S. State Department-BAR Association operatives threatened to murder Erickson, as well as Timothy Charles Holmseth (and rape Holmseth’s daughter with a dog at Fort Campbell while they filmed it) as retaliation for Erickson escrowing Holmseth’s Jeffrey Epstein evidence (and Jessie Marie Czebotar’s murder and cannibalism evidence against Sawyer and Hillary Clinton).
CANNIBALISM AFFIDAVIT ESGROWED BY RANDI LYNN ERICKSON
Erickson’s attorney (and Holmseth’s attorney), Steven Scott Biss, Virginia, lied to Erickson and told her he was handling the case 0:21-cv-02536. He then failed to file required documents. U.S. Judge Eric Tostrud then abruptly ruled against Erickson after Erickson filed a MOTION requesting the true military background and Status of already-admitted CIA operative Craig Sawyer. Sawyer has admitted publicly that all his military medals and honors were stripped and he was fired from the U.S. Air Marshal’s Service. Sawyer is operating a fake child rescue group called VETERANS FOR CHILD RESCUE INC that he claims he operates with the assistance of federal agencies. SEE IMAGES BELOW. Erickson argued the case fell under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Military because it involved war crimes and crimes against humanity.
Attorney Steven Scott Biss, who also legally represented Holmseth in a case wherein Biss used the exact same tactic to rig a loss for Holmseth, is the attorney of FBI Director Kash Patel, former Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino, CIA officer Robert David Steele, former U.S. Congressman/House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, retired General Michael Flynn & Flynn Family, John Sabal (QAnon John), Manuel Chavez III (DEFANGO) and others. Attorney Steven Biss’s wife Tanya Biss told Holmseth her husband is a “spy” from Canada, and his law office is a CIA operation.

NEVER BEFORE SEEN FBI FILE shows the battle for jurisdiction between the State of Minnesota and the federal government involving the shooting deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti goes all the way back to a raid on a news reporter and FBI Jeffrey Epstein from East Grand Forks, Minnesota in 2012.
On May 4, 2014, Minneapolis FBI Jeffrey Epstein witness Timothy Charles Holmseth, who had been interviewed in 2010 by the FBI regarding recorded interviews that he (Holmseth) conducted with Epstein’s FBI/CIA child procurers, again contacted the FBI regarding illegal government activities – – – Holmseth’s report triggered a massive financial fraud story that exploded in East Grand Forks, Minnesota called Boardwalk Enterprises.
The criminal fraud culture that existed in East Grand Forks, Minnesota in 2014 that Holmseth exposed would eventually be realized in earnest in December 2025, when the Somali Fraud scandal shocked Minnesota – reported to be to the tune of billions and billions of dollars moved in and out of the United States – funding a foreign power and foreign military.
But the 2014 report by Holmseth, which is now being released, explains much more than the State of Minnesota and/or federal government has ever told the public about the massive criminal enterprise called “State of Minnesota”.
Holmseth’s 2014 report to the FBI explains why 12 years after it was filed, and in the wake of the Renee Good and Alex Pretti shooting deaths during ICE and Border Patrol operations in Minnesota, 14 prosecutors with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Minnesota abruptly quit their jobs.
IT’S WHAT’S IN THEIR FILES! Combined with the fact that the DOJ is a DEFENDANT in a presently dormant RICO case in Tennessee filed by Holmseth.
The 2014 HOLMSETH MINNEAPOLIS FBI REPORT reveals that Holmseth alerted the Minneapolis FBI and U.S. Attorney B. Todd Jones, to the fact that in 2012, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) Superintendent Drew Evans openly admitted to Holmseth (in writing) that the BCA played no role whatsoever in the violent raid of Holmseth’s home-office in December 2012, and did not authorize the police to use BCA forensic lab stickers that were placed on Holmseth’s property by East Grand Forks police officers and the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force after they obtained a Search Warrant and seized Holmseth’s computer that contained EPSTEIN EVIDENCE.
The MINNESOTA TASK FORCE seized Holmseth’s computer and tampered with the hard drive in effort to stop it from working.
When Holmseth’s property was finally ordered returned by a judge, the computer and other property were plastered with BUREAU OF CRIMINAL APPREHENSION stickers.
Holmseth contacted the BCA and spoke to Jill Oliveira and Superintendent Drew Evans.
Emails between Holmseth and the BCA show Superintendent Drew Evans categorically stated the BCA played no role in any of the events surrounding the Holmseth raid; that the BCA had not given anybody permission to use BCA evidence stickers; and the BCA was never asked to forensically examine Holmseth’s hard drive or property.
Evans never took a single further step to hold the perpetuators of this massive fraud accountable and effectively hid the illegal activity by law enforcement in the most important crimes against children’s cases (Epstein) in the history of modern man.
Evans subsequently stood by and watched while one lone journalist who interviewed Jeffrey Epstein’s kidnappers was forced to endure the full and never-ending wrath of the CIA.
U.S. Court records now show that the attorney for the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota, Ronald Galstad, who was at the very heart of the massive theft of over $510,000 in the Boardwalk Enterprises scheme (to which Holmseth brought attention) went on to conspire with Jeffrey Epstein’s CIA/FBI child procurement operators (child sex traffickers) to concoct a judicial kidnapping scheme against Holmseth, using a Family Court judge in Broward County, Florida named Michael G. In 2014, a bizarre and ironic series of events occurred that resulted in the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota and Economic Development and Housing Authority (EDHA) illegally shredding a federal document their local EDHA agent was required to fill out for Timothy Charles Holmseth after he (Holmseth) was hired to work inside the secure areas of a federal facility (National Weather Service building in Grand Forks).
Holmseth’s 2014 report to the Minneapolis FBI reveals the details and how an envelope received by the City of East Grand Forks and EDHA in 2014 from Joseph L.
