Jessie Czebotar is the key eyewitness against Hillary Rodham Clinton and CIA contractor Craig (Sawman) Sawyer in a RICO authored by Biss Law Office, Charlottesville, VA, that details Czebotar watching a “Frazzledrip” event by Sawyer and Clinton.
