VP Vance is likely to have been briefed on the information contained in detailed reports submitted to the IRS by former Department of Revenue judge Randi Lynn Erickson, Elk River, MN.
KSTP 5 ABC reported, “5 EYEWITNESS NEWS has seen federal agents at autism centers in St. Louis Park and Edina. In southern Minnesota, Rochester police have confirmed they’re assisting the FBI in executing multiple “pre-planned” search warrants. Erickson recently purchased the land upon which the Cedar Lane mobile home trailers sit upon – many of those trailers are actually owned by the government under names of former residents who have been gone for years.

While the citizens of Tracy and general public may have been tricked into thinking their local newspaper (Tracy Area Headlight Herald) has been reporting enough information for the public to understand the truth about Cedar Lane Mobile Home Park – locals likely do not understand why the streets were recently lined with federal vehicles.
Tom Dobson, Community Development Director in Tracy, MN addressed the City of Tracy on October 26, 2026, which appeared live on Facebook, and said little more than he hopes the “Attorney General” Keith Ellison gets involved.
The City of Tracy, Minnesota is a dizzying kaleidoscope of organized cartel crime embedded within local and State government that was/is so engrained into the culture of corruption that now seems to defines Minnesota, it seemed nobody could unravel the thread wrapped around the shell-game government officials were playing with a suspicious trailer park in the small Southwest Minnesota town.

Randi Lynn Erickson, a former tax judge with the Department of Revenue began learning from Michael and Melissa Grover, Minnesota, that a little gang of government gangsters were tied to serious crimes including apparent murders, and had concocted an outlandish scheme with Minnesota Health and Human Services to require Michael Grover, the owner of Cedar Lane, construct a “storm shelter” for the trailer park – which was merely a blatantly unlawful scheme to force Michael Grover out so they could steal the property in violation of Law.
Timothy Charles Holmseth previously reported, “…(now former) Lyon County Auditor Aurora Heard (a legal agent of the STATE OF MINNESOTA) ignored taxes due on a trailer home at Cedar Lane Trailer Park – – – records show the “Personal Property Tax” on the trailer home had not been paid since 2011. Heard ignored the due taxes. During the passing of years, the NAME of the ORIGINAL OWNER of the TRAILER STAYED THE SAME – despite the original owner not living there anymore. However, the trailer CONTINUED TO BE USED by unknown persons (and still is to this day). I witnessed Heard being confronted about what she was doing. After being caught in the act, Heard logged into the government computer system and cleaned up the mess by wiping out years of delinquent taxes. However, Heard did NOT remove the name of the owner”.
Evidence exists to show the trailer homes in Tracy, Minnesota may be part of a larger network of CIA black sites across the nation – where Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and AG Keith Ellison and their co-conspirators hide foreign insurgents and traffic in cartel contraband and illegal votes.
