On October 20, 2026, Neely Petrie Blanchard personally filed a hand-written MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL after her attorney, Walter Flinn ghosted her. Blanchard also filed COMPLAINT/PETITION-WAIVER OF COUNSEL.
After Blanchard filed her MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL we monitored the Clerk of Court website for Marion County, Florida, but Blanchard’s filings were not showing up.
On October 22, 2026, the Clerk of Court website entered that a MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL had been filed by the “DEFENSE”.
The MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL filed by the “DEFENSE” was signed by Julia J. Williamson, Assistant Public Defender, Fifth Judicial Circuit.
We can confirm through recorded conversations with Blanchard, that according to Neely Blanchard, she has NEVER spoken with, much less met, Attorney Julia Williamson.
Evidence shows that when the Marion County Clerk of Court received Neely Blanchard’s MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL, they illegally withheld the MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL from registration on the official court website. Two or more persons then had a meeting of the minds and created a plan to illegally draft a substitute MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL that would replace what Blanchard filed.
Evidence shows that a Family Law attorney from Broward County, Florida, who has traveled to Washington DC to meet with FBI/DOJ attorneys, attended Blanchard’s trial each day – and then held post-hearing updates on You Tube each day with FBI informant William Kevin Murtaugh, is communicating with members of the judicial community and law enforcement to control the courtroom and rulings made in all matters involving Neely Blanchard.
Evidence shows the STATE OF FLORIDA has contacted War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth and advised him to hand over all his firearms and ammo to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office in Florida and warned him that he will go to prison if he ever publishes the name of the attorney who posted the image below on Twitter/X that shows President Donald Trump in handcuffs with a Christmas ribbon around him and a message that said, “Here ya go, Merrick Garland”.
The same Twitter account was communicating with District Attorney fat Alvin Bragg in New York and giving Bragg orders and instructions.
