I am requesting a comment from you because your name and BAR number came up with the name Neely Petrie Blanchard, which is a political assassination case that I have been covering since the murder of Christopher Edward Hallett, CEO, E~Clause LLC, Ocala, Florida on November 15, 2020. The reason I made the connection from you to Blanchard and Hallett is because I am actively reporting on a developing news story in Eastern Tennessee (Newport, Cocke County) regarding a school related “kill list” that is under investigation by Homeland Security.
The “kill list” story involves public statements from a domestic terror group called the “Wolf Pack”. I recognized members of the “Wolf Pack” because members of the “Wolf Pack” are named in a federal lawsuit I filed in 2023. In 2023 I filed a 1983 Civil Rights Act case in the Eastern District of Tennessee (2:23-cv-00011) wherein, on Document 16, I named a NON-AMERICAN-CITIZEN (DACA Foreign Insurgent) who was an agent of a Florida attorney. The DACA insurgent and Florida attorney were working colleagues with FBI informant William Kevin Murtaugh, Apopka, Florida. In my 2023 court filing into case number 2:23-cv-00011, I said, “…is staging operations out of the State of West Virginia to interfere with the murder trial of State of Florida v. On October 22, 2026, you filed a MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL in the case of STATE OF FLORIDA VS. NEELY LAUREN P PETRIE-BLANCHARD.
EVIDENCE CLEARLY SHOWS a conspiracy to assassinate Christopher Edward Hallett existed long before he was in fact murdered. Because a conspiracy existed, including within the FBI in Minnesota, any theory that Neely Blanchard suddenly murdered Hallett is an impossible position for any person of sound mind to take. In fact – crime scene investigators placed an image of Neely Blanchard and Christopher Hallett’s mutual work into evidence. The image shows a fax that is time-stamped on November 15, 2020. That is the work that Blanchard and Hallett were working on for months and finalized. It’s outlandish and ridiculous to suggest that at some time after the Blanchard/Hallett document regarding the Legislative Session in Kentucky was faxed on November 15, 2020, that Blanchard suddenly went in a completely different direction and concluded that her beloved friend Chris was a child trafficker and she needed to kill him. Blanchard attempted to present a defense regarding a Directed Energy Weapon (DEW) being used against her, but the court stopped her defense.

I recently spoke with talk show host and investigative researcher Alexandra Koukounakis. Koukounakis officially assisted Neely Petrie Blanchard during Blanchard’s murder trial. Blanchard told Koukounakis during a recorded call from the Marion County, Florida jail that while reading emails from her attorney Jack Maro, she discovered Maro had developed a “trial defense strategy” to call three (3) rabid anti-Donald Trump activists as “expert witnesses” who would testify that Blanchard was driven “insane” by mind control and cult tactics deployed by President Donald Trump connected to “QAnon” and “Sovereign Citizens”.
Blanchard told Koukounakis her attorney Jack Maro was working with FBI informant “William Murtaugh” (aka MURT) and Will Sommer.
Koukounakis filed a document into the murder case file in FL entitled ‘Nefarious Network’ that said “International and Domestic Terrorists Involved In High Profile Murder Cases, High Profile Missing Children Cases.
