I am a career member of the media and contacting you for comment on a National Security story.

I am a war correspondent per the factual findings of United States District Court Judge Clifton L. Corker – 2:23-cv-00011 – Tennessee Eastern District Court – 42: 1983 Civil Rights Act.

I am contacting in my express capacity a federal declared War Correspondent.

I have been deemed a credible witness by the Minnesota FBI in their investigations of “Jeffrey Epstein” and his international child exploitation network run through the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC.

Because the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office has jurisdiction over manufactured home parks, I am seeking a comment from you regarding this story.

In my journalistic capacity (I am a First-Place award-winning news reporter with the North Dakota Newspaper Association), I am investigating and reviewing evidence that shows manufactured home parks across the United States are being used by foreign insurgents and enemy combatants to engage in criminal activities in violation of the RICO Act to include murder, child snuff film production, trafficking of contraband, fraud, money laundering, public corruption, election fraud, voter fraud, CIA safe houses, money laundering involving Blackrock, and staging centers for foreign military invasion activities and espionage operations.

During my ongoing NATIONAL SECURITY investigations of manufactured homes being used as military outposts, I obtained documents and evidence (and I have published reports on said) that irrefutably shows a network of government officials (City of Tracy, MN, County of Lyon, MN, State of Minnesota) conspired as a collective to (1) own the Cedar Lane Manufactured Home Park in Tracy, Minnesota, (2) keep mobile homes at Cedar Lane under false names (i.e., strategically leave the government records of trailer home in the name of a resident who had been gone for years), and when the fraud was detected, (3) Lyon County Auditor Aurora Heard strategically wiped out years of delinquent taxes to protect the racketeering enterprise from exposure and prosecution.

FBI, NON-AMERICAN CITIZENS, CHILD SNUFF FILMS, BLACKMAIL, EXTORTION, PORN, AND CEDAR LANE MANUFACTURED HOME PARK, TRACY, MINNESOTA

On October 31, 2026, my journalistic coverage into cartel operations at Ceder Lane Manufactured Home Park in Tracy, Minnesota, intersected with my existing war reports on a Minneapolis FBI informant from Apopka, Florida named William Kevin Murtaugh (Murtaugh resides in a manufactured home park).

Murtaugh traveled by air/flight to Minnesota in the summer of 2020 whereupon he subsequently published videos of himself meeting with the FBI in Minnesota where he said they were planning “OPERATION CHAOS”. After meeting with FBI agents for 4 hours, Murtaugh used a rental vehicle to travel to Polk County, Minnesota where I once resided (I no longer reside in Minnesota). FBI Murtaugh filmed and published my old apartment building, my parking place, my former employers, the Polk County Justice Center in Crookston, and then personally met with Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, City of East Grand Forks Police Department to discuss me.

My coverage of FBI Murtaugh includes facts and circumstances surrounding a faceless photograph [defined as an “Epstein File”] of a small hairless vagina set amidst petite thighs with strange colorization that could possibly indicate the small faceless female is a corpse, that was texted (unsolicited) to a former Department of Revenue tax judge from Elk River, Minnesota, Randi Lynn Erickson. The disturbing image was transmitted to Erickson by a non-American citizen from Ohio (DACA) named REDACTED [2:23-cv-00011 – Tennessee] who like Murtaugh, wears FBI on her person and presents herself as a federal agent. REDACTED also publicly brags that she was a Guardian ad Liten in the State of Ohio and testified in court to have American children taken away from their American parents. REDACTED also publicly boasts that she, along with the protection of police in Ohio, tied a man to a bed and raped and tortured the man by inserting a bottle of “hot sauce” into his rectum. My records show REDACTED has communicated with the State of Minnesota for the purpose of targeting American citizens in advance of foreign cartel military and gang objectives against American Citizens. Your records will show it too.

I accompanied Randi Lynn Erickson to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) and observed Erickson showing the TBI agents the vagina image and telling the TBI agents the name of the sender was “REDACTED”. Following the TBI report, DACA/FBI REDACTED said during an appearance on FBI Murtaugh’s news channel called MURTWITNESSONELIVE that she also sent a copy of the vagina image to Murtaugh. FBI Murtaugh subsequently announced on his news program that he met with agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and TBI to investigate the identity of the faceless female in the vagina photo. FBI Murtaugh reported they googled the search term “shaved pussy” and identified the female as an adult and then, he said, they “closed” the “case”.

FBI William Kevin Murtaugh and DACA/FBI insurgent REDACTED are documented colleagues of a child snuff film producer (e.g. the 2010 snuff film “Little Piggy and the Umbrella Man”) whose most present name is “Steve Quest” (aka Roy Warren Marshall, Dale Ellis Bennett, MONTAGRAPH).

On October 31, 2026, FBI informant William Kevin Murtaugh logged in to Twitter/X at @MURTWITNESSONE and made a statement about “CEDAR LANE MOBILE HOME PARK” “Trump” and a “MAGA, Trump supporter”. IMAGE ATTACHED

I recognized names in FBI Murtaugh’s post including “Dobson” and “Jeff Carptener” because I have reported on and/or come across these names in my war reports regarding Cedar Lane Manufactured Home Park in Tracy, Minnesota.

On October 31, 2026, the foreign military and domestic terror group that calls itself the “Wolf Pack” logged in to Twitter/X at @MrFlynnLaughs and said, “Randi Erickson just cheated Melissa Grover out of her land and she is now evicting them!”. IMAGE ATTACHED

I recognized the name “Melissa Grover” because she is the wife of Michael Grover.

Melissa Grover has been a source for some of my war reports.

Michael Grover, to the best of my working knowledge, is the owner of Cedar Lane Manufactured Home Park in Tracy, Minnesota. I have reported that Randi Lynn Erickson purchased the land (i.e., ground, soil) that sits beneath the Cedar Lane trailers. Erickson does not own or operate or in any way run the trailer park. I have reported that some of the trailer homes are actually owned by the County of Lyon (which is part of my war reports because government gangsters appear to be hiding unknown persons and secret activities in these mysterious trailers). I did have opportunity to be in earshot of Erickson when she told a local official over the telephone that she would like to turn the land into an “apple orchard”.

Randi Lynn Erickson does not own a trailer park.

I also observed news reporting by Tracy Area Headlight Herald that government officials, during public government meetings, described the trailer homes at Cedar Lane Manufactured Home Park as “junk”. I found this statement/admission by the government officials in Minnesota astonishing because some of the trailer homes are actually owned by the government – owned by Lyon County, Minnesota.

Melissa Grover is known to me through my war coverage that included a special “decode” performed by the former Queen Mother of Darkness, federal RICO witness, and congressional petitioner, Jessie Marie Czebotar; a decode of a “Minnesota satanic notebook” that came into Melissa Grover’s possession. In a video entitled “Their Secret Cities” Czebotar, the world’s expert on the Luciferian Brotherhood System, walked Melissa Grover through the satanic cult language cryptically embedded into the notebook.

Jessie Czebotar is an eyewitness to a torture, murder, and cannibalism event performed by Craig Randall (Sawman) Sawyer and former U.S. Secretary of State/former First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, as set forth in a RICO Complaint authored by Biss Law Office, Attorney Steven Scott Biss for Plaintiff Randi Lynn Erickson.

Attorney Steven Scott Biss is also my attorney and the attorney of FBI Director Kash Patel.

I am in the journalistic fact-finding phase of seeking out the identities and job titles of anybody within the Minnesota Government who may be acting as cartel enforcers and/or whose job is to protect the public officials that conspired to manipulate government records and hide the truth about Cedar Lane Manufactured Home Park being used as a cartel hideout.

I will be sharing this information with President Donald J. Trump’s anti-fraud task force out of the White House that is operating under Vice President JD Vance.
