JOURNALIST INVESTIGATING TIM BALLARD AND SATANIC CULT HIT WITH ASTONISHING OPINION BY FEDERAL MAGISTRATE ON THE VERY DAY HE EXPOSED ‘SOUND OF FREEDOM’

Since 2019, investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth has been traveling to locations across the country and investigating leads he developed regarding a Satanic cult he discovered is kidnapping, trafficking, and murdering children – – – an international black market baby sales and fake-adoption operation Holmseth learned was being run by a convicted sex offender and FBI agent named “John Regan” through the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC that Holmseth believes is connected to Tim Ballard and his wife, Katherine Ballard.
Holmseth uncovered information regarding a child pornography and snuff film operation connected to the Delphi murders in Indiana and Ohio.
In February 2023, court officers in Belmont County, Ohio, terrified Holmseth had discovered explosive information about child trafficking activities connected to Hunter Biden, the Great Lakes, the Finger Lakes Region of New York, and Sandy Hook school in Newtown, Connecticut, conspired with the STATE OF OHIO in a brazen attempt to shut Holmseth down.
The plan was to protect the STATE OF OHIO from Holmseth’s news reporting, by using a county level domestic court to put a restraining order on Holmseth – who is not a resident of Ohio. The order would forbid Holmseth from reporting about matters that involved Ohio, and placed Holmseth’s name into the federal database called the National Crimes Information Center (NCIC).
The racketeering conspiracy involved a diabolical plan to NOT serve Holmseth regarding the case, and then, have the judge grant the order in Holmseth’s absence, by falsely claiming Holmseth was served via Certified Mail by the U.S. Postal Service. Holmseth learned of rumors there was an order against him in Ohio and began to investigate.
Holmseth ran the tracking number that Judge Frank Fregiato said proved Holmseth was served. The tracking number shown online at the Belmont County Court’s website, which is run by Judge Fregiato’s wife Cynthia Fregiato, who is the Clerk of Court, showed the mail never went anywhere.
Holmseth promptly filed a civil rights lawsuit in the Eastern District of Tennessee Case Number 2:23-cv-00011-DCLC-CRW. After Holmseth filed the lawsuit, somebody went into the Register of Actions journal and added yet another tracking number – this time a FED EX number. That number went nowhere, either.
DEVELOPMENT
On June 29, 2023, Holmseth published ‘SOUND OF FREEDOM’ STARRING JIM CAVIEZEL EXPOSED IN FEDERAL COURT AS ANTI-TRUMP TIER 1 BLACK OP PROPAGANDA FILM BY ROGUE FEDS, NAVY SEALS, BAR ATTORNEYS, AND JUDGES TO COVER-UP THEIR COLLAPSING CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING EMPIRE
On the SAME DAY, a Magistrate who had been assigned by the Federal Judge to a MOTION FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER filed by Holmseth, issued a REPORT AND RECCOMENDATION that defies logic and suspends reality.
The Magistrate described Holmseth’s assertion that he had not been served by the STATE OF OHIO as “fantastic or delusional”.
Today, a video appeared on a Bitchute channel called The High Command that shows BOTH tracking numbers reveals the court documents the Federal Magistrate is referring to have still, to this VERY DAY, NOT LEFT THE SHIPPING DOCK.
