POLICE CHIEF FOLLOWS JUDGE AND CLERK OF COURT OUT THE DOOR IN BELMONT COUNTY, OHIO AS HOAX FILM ‘SOUND OF FREEDOM’ FBI CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING COVER-UP CONTINUES TO BE EXPOSED

There is a multi-million-dollar lawsuit brewing in Belmont County, Ohio, as we learn a former Minnesota truth and taxation judge who was working with federal witnesses and operating under Joint Special Operations Command’s (JSOC) U.S. Army Intelligence Support Activity issues a NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUE.
Yesterday we reported, “JOURNALIST INVESTIGATING TIM BALLARD AND SATANIC CULT HIT WITH ASTONISHING OPINION BY FEDERAL MAGISTRATE ON THE VERY DAY HE EXPOSED ‘SOUND OF FREEDOM’”.
The story covers an existing federal civil rights lawsuit in Tennessee that is exposing racketeering activities occurring in Belmont County, Ohio where a cabal of court officials and law enforcement developed a plot to use the United States Postal Service and FED EX to reach out 0f the STATE OF OHIO’S jurisdiction, in their illegal effort to stop an out-of-state investigative journalist from looking into information regarding human trafficking and Satanic cult murders that involve Ohio and other States.
The federal lawsuit filed by Timothy Charles Holmseth provides details of how Belmont County, Ohio used a Certified Mail scheme to advance their hoax by using tracking numbers that are cited as proof that someone (i.e., Holmseth) was served Notice in another State, but ultimately the tracking numbers lead to nowhere.
On June 11, 2023, we reported “WARFARE WITH THE LAW” LEADS TO OHIO JUDGE GOING BYE-BYE – TRUMP NODDING TO FEDERAL LAWSUIT FILED IN TENNESSEE AGAINST OHIO GOVERNOR MIKE DEWINE & JUDGE [WHO HAS NOW ABRUPTLY RETIRED] [HUNTER BIDEN LAPTOP FROM HELL] [CANNIBALISM BY U.S. PRESIDENTS]“.
The June 11 story reported that Frank Fregiato, one of the judges involved in the racketeering scheme, was abruptly retiring. It was subsequently learned that Frank Fregiato’s wife Cynthia Fregiato, who is the Clerk of Court for Belmont County, has also announced her retirement. Both Frank and Cynthia Fregiato are named as defendants in Holmseth’s lawsuit.
DEVELOPMENTS
On June 27, 2023, The Times-Leader reported “Jerry Murphy officially sworn in as Martins Ferry police chief“.
The Times-Leader did not elaborate on Murphy’s predecessor John McFarland, who in March 2023 reportedly announced he was moving on from the Police Chief position because, he said, it was “just time to make a change.”
The local coverage in Belmont County appears to be serving the public officials themselves, more than it does the public.
We have obtained a document dated June 13, 2023, entitled NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUE IN FEDERAL COURT that was sent to multiple public officials in Belmont County, Ohio. The Notice, which also served as a Preservation Letter was signed by Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota.
Erickson is a victim of the racketeering operation out of Belmont County, Ohio and was targeted by a host of public officials that conspired to violate her Constitutional rights.
Records show Erickson and Holmseth both originally notified Belmont County of intent to sue for $20 Million in 2022, after Belmont County issued arrest warrants for both of them in a racketeering hoax that involved a media operation co-hosted by Levi Henry Page IV, Dover, Tennessee.
The racketeering hoax developed and played out as follows.
Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota, knocked on the door of a house in Dover, Tennesse, to determine if Levi Henry Page lived at the address. The woman who answered the door asked Erickson why she was looking for Levi Page. Erickson said she was investigating human trafficking.
And shortly thereafter ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE in the State of Ohio.
Belmont County and STATE OF OHIO criminally charged Erickson with Menacing by Stalking, and Holmseth with Complicity to Menacing by Stalking, despite the fact Erickson has never been in the State of Ohio in her entire life. Likewise, Holmseth, who is accused of “complicity” was not with Erickson on any date in question and was nowhere near the State of Ohio.
The only event involving Holmseth and Erickson during the relevant time-window as it pertained to Ohio was a news report filed on TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS regarding a photograph of a small, hairless, vagina that was received, unsolicited, by Erickson. Evidence shows the ‘stalking’ charges by STATE OF OHIO were a direct attack on Holmseth and Erickson to STOP the development of that news story.
After Clerk of Court Cynthia Fregiato published Erickson and Holmseth’s bogus criminal charges on the Belmont County website, Page, a CNN and FOX media personality associated with FOX NEWS’ Nancy Grace, as part of the plan, devoted an entire show dedicated to the “charges out of Ohio” on his You Tube program called “Crime and Scandal”.
The document we obtained regarding the June 13, 2023, Notice of Intent to Sue by Erickson said in part:
“Current escrow officer for Federal Witnesses, 1 being Timothy Charles Holmseth, et al (Disclosed prior in said Cases) via E’Clause, LLC (Fiduciary Duty) Amicus Brief Christopher E. Hallett – Loss Prevention Practice -Unjust Conviction Law, 18 U.S.C. sec. 729 – 732 [May 24, 938, ch. 266, 52 Stat. 438] for which I had been acting under JSOC (Joint Special Operations Command) that gathers actionable intelligence of international”.
“Pursuant to the Counterclaim filed and acknowledged by you in the above cases, you being one of the officers of the court regarding and pursuant to the RICO ACT; HOBBS ACT and under Executive orders 13773, 13781 and 13818 (extended on 12/16/2021 and again on 4/2023), 13848, 14024 and under 42 U.S. Code 1983 – Civil action for deprivation of rights, AND 42 U.S. Code 1985 Conspiracy to interfere with civil rights; among others to name a few. In addition, it is known governments are operating under a COG (Continuity of Government Directives 1 and 2)”.
We have obtained a Certified Mail receipt that has the name Jerry Murphy written on it. It appears the Certified Mail receipt is connected to the Notice of Intent to Sue document that was sent by Erickson to a host of recipients in Belmont County, Ohio.
The Times-Leader story regarding Murphy contained an interesting report regarding Certified Mail.
“[Martins Ferry Mayor John] Davies said he has noticed a problem of people not paying fines for property violations such as fines for high grass or trash. He said that sending out certified letters requesting that people come to court to pay their fines costs $8.13 per letter.
“Two weeks ago, I spent $250 almost on certified letters, and they didn’t come to court,” Davies said.
He said if the city cannot enforce the laws, having them is a waste of city time and money.
“We have to do something. This has been going on way too long,” Burns said.
Council members suggested using a collection agency to coerce people into paying their fines. Council plans to discuss the issue further at its next meeting.”
This story is connected to the international child sex trafficking scandal involving the film ‘Sound of Freedom’ that deceptively features former federal agent Tim Ballard as a hero who formed Operation Underground Railroad, who is being played by Jim Caviezel (Jesus Christ in the Passion of the Christ) and promoted by Mel Gibson, to cover up what Holmseth uncovered, and is developing.
