Timothy Charles Holmseth reported today on TRUTH SOCIAL regarding his lawsuit against STATE OF OHIO that was filed in the Eastern District of Tennessee – case number 2:23 – cv – 00011.
The case surrounded an attempt by Belmont County Ohio and STATE OF OHIO to fraudulently issue a “civil stalking order” against journalist and war correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth (not a resident of Ohio) (no relationships in Ohio) (absolutely NO communication with anyone in Ohio) through a mail fraud scheme whereby Belmont County PRETENDED to “serve” Holmseth through the U.S. Mail and FED EX when in reality, the tracking numbers provided by the Belmont judge revealed no mail ever even left on a truck – it was all a SHAM and HOAX.
Holmseth never received any Order from Belmont County, Ohio but their website shows Judge Frank Fregiato ordered Holmseth to remove from the Web, news stories and war correspondent reports that were lawfully published in regard to child trafficking, child pornography, James ‘Whitey’ Bulger, the Neely Blanchard Murder Trial, the Delphi Murders in Indiana, and a host of other in-depth reports on crimes against humanity.
The court record in Tennessee shows Holmseth filed a report as evidence to the Court, which he originally submitted to the FBI regarding William Kevin Murtaugh, Apopka, Florida, who has been threatening Holmseth while suggesting online he is actually James ‘Whitey’ Bulger. Murtaugh has stated on his Web program that if he is in fact Whitey Bulger, it would not be wise to mess with him because, he says, he’d be backed up by millions of dollars from sources connected to the Bidens.
Holmseth, along with his escrow agent Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota, were targeted by STATE OF OHIO after Holmseth filed Holmseth v. Page et al – 3:22-cv-00912 – Middle District of Tennessee (RICO) which exposed STATE OF OHIO’s involvement in international human trafficking and detailed the plot by FBI and others to set-up President Donald J. Trump for the events of January 6, 2021, hijack his MAGA movement, and overthrow the United States Government.
“My civil rights case in Tennesse against STATE OF OHIO was Dismissed WITHOUT PREJUDICE for Improper Venue (case can be brought again). The Mom (Clerk of Court) & Pop (Judge) Domestic Violence Court that attempted to use Mail Fraud to HUMAN TRAFFIC me (I’m not from Ohio) claimed Immunity from prosecution. Their MOTION was DENIED. The ORDER was issued the same day I reported that Randi Erickson alerted Ft. McCoy, WI that Jessie Czebotar was shown retired Poseidon missiles fitted with bioweapons,” Timothy Holmseth said.
