The “Pandora’s Box” that is opening is the entire file system and computer(s) of a high-profile Intelligence Community attorney, Steven Scott Biss, Virginia, who reportedly suffered a “stroke” on September 6, 2023, at the same time his law office was broken into and ransacked – his files being stolen. Biss’ sudden medical emergency came shortly after Biss client and War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth, on July 11, 2023, filed PLAINTIFF’S AFFIDAVIT OF TRUTH REGARDING VIOLATIONS OF THE ESPIONAGE ACT into U.S. Court – Eastern District of Tennessee.
Attorney Biss’ stolen files include a RICO Complaint Biss authored that set forth the details of a rape, torture, murder, and cannibalism event committed by Hillary Rodham Clinton and members of her military protectorate, who, according to Biss’ eyewitness, Jessie Marie Czebotar, watched a group of children be chained to the floor, raped by mouth, scalded with hot water, impaled with a water hose that was shoved up a little girls vagina, whereupon Hillary Clinton ripped the Pineal gland from a little girl’s head while she was still alive and ate it – calling it ‘Witch’s candy’.
The RICO was prepared by Biss for his client Randi Lynn Erickson. Biss was attempting to file the RICO with an attorney in Minnesota when he suffered his so-called “stroke” and was burglarized.
Attorney Biss’ wife, Tanya Biss, contacted both Randi Lynn Erickson and Timothy Charles Holmseth. Tanya Biss said her husband is a “spy”.
Tanya Biss’ colleague, Manuel Chavez (aka Defango), Nevada, publicly boasted that he electronically transferred all of Attorney Biss’ files from Attorney Biss’ lap-top and retained a full copy for himself. Chavez said Attorney Biss is not only an attorney for private clients but, is also an attorney for the U.S. Department of State.
Chavez said Binnall Law Group is involved in the situation. Binnall Law Group represents President Donald Trump and the family of retired General Michael Flynn.
“Somebody is lying right now. And right now, I can unequivocally say that the Binnall Law Group and Jesse Binnall are lying about this situation. Specifically, Jared J. Roberts and Jason Greaves because number one, no files were stolen. The State of Virginia BAR receiver has the laptop and has all of the files that are contained within and there is and there has never been any issue for any of Biss’s clients to get their files if they were contacted by this individual,” Chavez said.
Attorney Biss is the attorney for a great many involved in the intelligence community including retired General Michael Flynn, the Flynn family, former Congressman and House Intelligence Committee Chair Devin Nunes (CEO of TRUTH SOCIAL), former U.S. Attorney Kash Patel, former U.S. Secret Service Dan Bongino, former CIA agent Robert David Steele, Investigative Journalist/War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth, former Truth & Taxation Judge Randi Lynn Erickson, and others.
On December 5, 2023, U.S. Judge John A. Gibney Jr, entered an ORDER into case number 3:21-cv-573 (KATHY STEELE, ADMINISTRATOR of the ESTATE OF ROBERT DAVID STEELE et al vs. JASON GOODMAN).
Robert David Steele was represented by Attorney Biss in a lawsuit Steele filed against Jason Goodman.
“On or before January 5, 2024, the Plaintiff SHALL advise the Court whether: (1) Biss remains counsel in this matter; (2) the Plaintiffs have hired or plan to hire alternative counsel in this matter or (3) the Plaintiff’s plan to proceed pro se,” Judge Gibney said.
The deadline set by the U.S. Court is relevant because the entire situation revolves around the mysterious “stroke” of the Plaintiff’s attorney Steven Scott Biss (who dropped from all public view), just as he was to file a RICO regarding crimes against humanity and cannibalism by Hillary Clinton, U.S. Court filings and Affidavit suggesting Espionage against the United States out of Biss’ law office, the burglary of Biss’ law office, the secret involvement of the United States Department of State, and countless phantom variables, all of which are being handled ‘internally’ by members of the British Accreditation Registry (BAR) outside of any involvement by UNITED STATES LAW ENFORCEMENT.
