Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney (DA) Fani Willis’ recent meltdown on the Witness stand may have been driven by her knowledge of Dark Web rape and murder films of judges and high-level officials butchering children.
After all – the films are in the care, custody, and control of her witness, former Georgia Attorney Lin Wood, who is a witness for the State in the RICO case against President Donald J. Trump and others.
War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth posted on Truth Social today regarding the situation, after the Fulton County, Georgia DA experienced a meltdown on the Witness stand during her testimony on Thursday, February 15, 2024, where she was being questioned about allegations of misconduct against her (Willis).
Holmseth’s TRUTH SOCIAL post appears to focus on an attorney from Georgia, Lin Wood.
The Fani Willis meltdown has created very serious questions about a gaggle of “attorneys” that were doing business with each other, while simultaneously claiming to be the attorney of each other, as they moved funds and untraceable cash around, and then, upon confrontation, called upon “attorney-client privilege” as a legal basis to not testify.
On February 17, 2024, the New York Post reported, “Fani Willis case reveals ex-law partner of Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade was accused of sexual assault”.
“Nathan Wade’s former law partner — who repped the now embattled Georgia attorney during his divorce and is now a key witness for Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis as she battles misconduct allegations — admitted he’d previously left a firm due to sexual assault allegations. Bradley had earlier claimed he left the firm mainly because he served as Wade’s divorce attorney — which would mean his communications with Wade are protected by the attorney-client privilege,” the New York Post said.
There is increasing speculation that the issue of secret funds and dark money being moved around between attorneys may become an issue as it pertains to former Georgia attorney Lin Wood.
The Holmseth TRUTH SOCIAL post today shows that on January 4, 2021, Attorney Lin Wood of “Atlanta, Georgia” launched a Tweet storm which began with a tweet to President Donald J. Trump, as well as to his (Wood’s) massive number of followers on Twitter which was close to a million subscribers. Wood’s Twitter account, as of today, still refers to “Atlanta, Georgia” as it appeared in 2021 when he launched the storm. Wood’s Twitter contains a link to www.linwoodlaw.com and promotes #FIGHTBACK. The contact information on Wood’s BIO webpage dated 2023, refers to Wood’s address as “P.O. Box 52584 Atlanta, Georgia 30355-0584 | 1-404-891-1402”.
On the website www.fightback.law/team there is a statement (as of today’s date) that said, “We #FightBack against lawfare. We #FightBack against the unjust agenda-driven prosecutions against lawyers who lawfully sought justice for an unfair election and who exercised their right of free speech to protest the horrors of human trafficking,” #FIGHTBACK said.
The origins of #FIGHTBACK trace back to the Kyle Rittenhouse shooting in Kenosha, Wisconsin. On August 27, 2020, Lin Wood posted on social media, “The #FightBack Foundation is heading out to meet with Kyle & his family. Several great local and national lawyers have joined team led by John Pierce @CaliKidJMP. Michaelle Malkin @michellemalkin is also hard at work. True Patriots. Thanks you for outpouring of support,” Wood said.
Wood’s #FIGHTBACK team included a Navy SEAL named David Hancock who was an Officer.
On October 27, 2020, TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS reported, “BREAKING NOW: DA FANI WILLIS’ PROSECUTION WITNESS IN GEORGIA RICO, AARON VICK, USED “FORTRESS GLOBAL LLC” PHONE WHEN HE “recorded countless conversations between Lin and the gang at Tomotley, and some very powerful people. Big conversations, sensitive conversations, voter fraud conversations” – Navy SEAL David Hancock
The January 4, 2021 Tweet by then attorney Wood said, “As background to Tweets I am about to post, you should read this article carefully. I ask that you read each of my tweets carefully & decide if the information conveyed demands that Patriots rise up so that every lie will be revealed @realDonaldTrump“. The tweet contained a link to a MEMO that Timothy Charles Holmseth formally submitted to United States Attorney General Jeff Sessions regarding Vice President Mike Pence and Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi that involved an international human harvesting and child exploitation operation.
The Lin Wood tweet storm that was launched on January 4, 2021, that began with the Timothy Charles Holmseth MEMO tweet, was effectively promoting #FIGHTBACK and inspiring people to donate money.
However, Timothy Charles Holmseth did not know Attorney Lin Wood was going to tweet his MEMO and only learned of it when he woke up on the morning of January 5, 2021.
Wood’s tweet storm that began with the Holmseth MEMO instructed President Trump and the worldwide public to use the Holmseth MEMO as “background to Tweets I am about to post”. “You should read this article carefully,” Wood said in the tweet.
The tweets that Wood posted after the Holmseth MEMO tweet contained a carefully crafted message that declared Wood possessed videos of “powerful individuals worldwide” who were/are “being blackmailed in a horrendous scheme involving rape & murder of children captured on videotape”. Wood named “Chief Justice John Roberts” as one of the “powerful individuals” being blackmailed.
Wood said, “This blackmail scheme is conducted by members of world’s most well-known & “elite” intelligence agencies”.
“One of these groups was hacked by a group known as Lizard Squad. The blackmail files of rape & murders were obtained by this group and copy was provided to Isaac Kappy,” Wood said.
“The blackmail targets are approached with a gun, a child, & a camera. The target is ordered to rape the child on video. The target is then ordered to shoot the child on video. The target is then owned and controlled by the blackmailers until blackmail evidence loses its value,” Wood said.
Wood pointed out that Isaac Kappy was “murdered” on May 13, 2019.
Wood said “Jeffrey Epstein” uses the same blackmail scheme.
Wood said, “If asked to turn over the encryption key & other information I have to law enforcement, I will only agree to provide it directly to @realDonaldTrump, @GenFlynn, or @SidneyPowell1,” Wood said.
By this time in 2020, Wood and #FIGHTBACK was actively taking in massive amounts of donations to assist lawyers.
In the fall season of 2020, while the #FIGHTBACK funds were pouring in, Attorney Powell and retired General Michael Flynn were among a gaggle of outlaw Navy SEALS that assembled at the command post that was set up on Wood’s South Carolina plantation called Tomotley which is located in Yemassee, South Carolina
On October 7, 2022, NBC published, “Georgia prosecutor seeks testimony from Michael Flynn and Newt Gingrich in election probe”. The article said, “Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is leading an investigation into whether former President Trump and his allies attempted to overturn the 2020 election results“.
“In court filings Friday, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis said Gingrich and Flynn both have “unique knowledge” of the circumstances surrounding what she characterized as “multi-state, coordinated efforts to influence the results of the November 2020 election in Georgia and elsewhere,” news reported.
On October 19, 2023, NPR reported Attorney Sidney Powell pled guilty in the RICO case.
Following the events of January 6, 2021, Timothy Charles Holmseth contacted Attorney Lin Wood by Certified Mail which was delivered. Holmseth also traveled to Wood’s Plantation on several occasions and spoke with Wood’s security guard, as well as with Wood’s property manager Ronald Stanley. On one occasion, former Minnesota government judge Randi Lynn Erickson was present with Holmseth, as both Erickson and Holmseth spoke at length with Stanley, which was captured by dash-cam video and audio.

On February 15, 2024, Fulton County, Atlanta, Georgia DA Fani Willis, the Prosecutor that brought a criminal RICO case against President Donald J. Trump and others, testified regarding her alleged misconduct that included situations surrounding attorneys, attorney-client-privilege, funds, secret cash, sexual relationships, and, alleged sexual assault.
The judge presiding over the Atlanta, Georgia-based RICO case is Scott F. McAfee.
DA Willis has named former Georgia attorney “Lin Wood” as a witness for the State of Georgia in the RICO case against Trump.
Wood was recommended for indictment by a Grand Jury in the Georgia RICO but was not charged.
Wood promotes an organization called #FIGHTBACK through which he solicits donations.
