The VA state bar catagorized my husband taking a property I owned (in my name alone assessed at 180k) by forgery as a ‘dispute over an LLC’. The bar allowed him to drain and close all my bank accounts, take all my identity documents and my car, pay off his mistress by forging my name to a new mortgage on my other investment property, produce fake documents at a child support hearing and lie about having another child at that hearing and DID NOTHING.
I write half Steve’s cases for most of our 23 year marriage and I have renovated houses with no help, poured new foundations… TO HAVE EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR TAKEN.
NOW the bar has appointed the man who helped Steve kidnap me by refusing to work on or sign over my personal injury cases. He guaranteed I did not receive any money from personal injury cases for two years. AND NOW THE BAR ENDORSED THIS MAN lawyer to control all of Steve’s assets (aka everything he took from me as well). A man so inept he can no longer recall the personal injury case I hired him to handle. This man is conflicted, he published confidential information and filed a fraudulent document with the court. THE BAR LET HIM CONTINUE TO KIDNAP ME.
There is a name for when you work your entire life like a dog and get to keep none of the fruits of your labor, it is called SLAVERY. What progress, now you can be born in to a loving family of any color and a person can enslave you if he knows the right people at the state department.
There is also a term for when someone holds you against your will and threatens your life and home after they take all your travel documents. IT IS KIDNAPPING.
Steve had me arrested at will for absolutely nothing, I can not open a bank account, Harvey ensured all my phones are cut off. I am living off money I have borrowed from my babysitter. When I try to email it all comes back… I JUST KEEP AT IT FROM OTHER PEOPLE’S PHONES BUT THIS IS SLAVERY AND KIDNAPPING MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT THAT.
VOLZER said he had heart surgery so he could not do any work on my personal injury cases for two years…. Remind anybody of Steve? The man who returns every retainer. He can’t recall he was hired to do the case but he was to the court 2.5 hours away making himself conservator in record time for his friends at the ‘state department’.
It was VA bar that was responsible for stopping Steve and all the lawyers that weaponized their outrageous power against me. They watched complaint after complaint roll in and did nothing, never forcing him to get treatment for his abuse of alcohol and pills OR get insurance. Did you even speak to Dr. Khan? no no you did not. OR Larry Willis who he stole millions from… nope again.
You are threatening me on a day to day basis, trying to take my house and make sure I have no access to resources. I paid Steve’s bills until I ran out of money but I never expected the bar to install a man who has been so key in my kidnapping to now take the place of Steve, my enslaver.
I don’t have Steve’s laptop. I have only seen Steve on court since the day he picked me up by my face and said ‘you will never make it to court’ 2 years ago.
You have access to his phone records (and continue to hide them from me). Here is a clue scooby doo call the numbers that called him the day he had his stroke and went to the hospital. One of his whores will know where his stuff is, I assure you. ask Rob Hagy who wrote the agreement between them, and helped them rob me.
This is SLAVERY AND KIDNAPPING Steve stole my money properly and car. He used his connections at the state department to have me arrested for a stone cold sober DUI. He used my knowledge that he has gotten away with two murders to intimidate for the last 12 years and I thought it was over. NO NO you appointed the man who helped Steve do this, but has never met him to be in control of all his assets to further threaten and terrorize me.
You are actually worse than the criminal when you overlook the crime. You can expect a psychopath to use his power to hurt people, you don’t expect the VA bar to endlessly allow it.
You are not going to cover his crimes up much longer. You are guiltier than he is, complicit and culpable for standing there and allowing it. I am the only one who cares about Steve’s clients and my interests is to not have his deeds associated with them. that is the entire reason I have not exposed him. You are covering up the fact he gave opposition counsel everything. You need to be held liable for their losses and. The continued prisoner situation you have allowed Volzer to put me in. I did nothing but work like a slave, this man has no right to give my adult son money to bribe him for his support. You are all allowing this to happen.
There is no difference to me between you who allow it and the men who do it. And there should be no difference in the eyes of the court either.
