On December 26, 2025, we reported, “EPSTEIN FILES UPDATE: RUSSIAN MOBSTER, FELON MICHAEL PICAZIO, TOLD INVESTORS of BIOFUEL COMPANY [that was FUNDING a CHILD KIDNAPPING] named in DOJ EPSTEIN FILES that he was going to SHOOT FBI WITNESS TIMOTHY HOLMSETH THROUGH the DOOR of his MINNESOTA HOME with a MINI-14 ASSAULT RIFLE“.

The article included an audio recording of William E. Staubs (aka Cobra the Bounty Hunter) talking to Maria Burgun whose husband, John Burgun, is listed as the President of Alternative Biofuel Technologies Inc (ABT), a company seized by the FBI during the RICO investigation of now federal prisoner Scott W. Rothstein. Rothstein is the former Florida attorney who ran the largest Ponzi scheme in the history of the State of Florida ($1.4 Billion). The Burgun’s gave the one-time Director of ABT, Michael Picazio, $150,000 which was spent to create a business endeavor called the HaLeigh Bug Foundation.

The Epstein Files contain records that show Jeffrey Epstein sued Scott W. Rothstein in matters that involved CIA and FBI in-house investigators that were gathering dirt on people.

Staubs, as well as Maria Burgun, said Michael Picazio, a convicted felon who is not allowed to own a gun, had repeatedly said he was going to murder Timothy Holmseth by shooting Holmseth through the door of Holmseth’s then home in East Grand Forks, Minnesota.

During a recorded call in 2011 Maria Burgun told Staubs that Picazio had been threatening to murder Holmseth. Maria Burgun also said she had been told “mob stories” and said Picazio bragged to her that he could simply make “one call” and make someone “disappear”.

Staubs and Maria Burgun discussed an upcoming court hearing scheduled in the Domestic Violence Division of the Broward County Circuit Court in Florida where Holmseth had been accused of violating Domestic Violence Law by a stranger he never met. Staubs and Burgun both said Michael Picazio was going to arrange to have Holmseth murdered when he showed up.

The court hearing was fraudulently scheduled, and a subsequent INJUNCTION FOR PROTECTION AGAINST REPEAT VIOLENCE was fraudulently obtained, which is evidenced by a MEMO issued by the Broward County States Attorney’s Office after the plotters against Holmseth tried to have a felony arrest warrant issued for Holmseth in Florida. States Attorney Marie Wolfe refused to charge Holmseth because the parties had never met and did not meet the Florida statute that defined a domestic relationship. SEE MEMO BELOW

The plotters against Holmseth were not deterred by the Wolf MEMO and simply transmitted the scam Injunction to the police in East Grand Forks, Minnesota, whereupon Minnesota began enforcing it. Despite the obvious fraud, City of East Grand Forks Attorney Ronald Galstad began using the STATE OF MINNESOTA letterhead and charging Holmseth with “Harassment” and “Contempt of Court” in advance of a diabolical plan that involved Galstad filing an escalator which would legally convert any third conviction of a misdemeanor into a felony under the assertion Holmseth is a habitual offender.

Holmseth was NEVER charged with an ACTUAL crime against a human. He was charged with reporting news about somebody on the Web and social media connected to the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, Jeffrey Epstein, Alternative Biofuels Technologies Inc, and Attorney Scott W. Rothstein. There was NO actual human victim. The STATE OF MINNESOTA’s victim was a piece of paper from Florida.

Because anyone accused of a crime in the United States of America has the right to face their accuser, Holmseth, during his first rigged trial, said “I call the STATE OF FLORIDA to the stand”. Judge Anne Marie Rasmusson said there was no way to call the State of Florida to the stand. Holmseth said, ‘How am I supposed to examine my accuser?’.

The STATE OF MINNESOTA executed their plan to take out Holmseth by scheduling a series of trials scheduled in early 2019 that would culminate into a felony – the trials were being fraudulently conducted by the City of East Grand Forks which was using the STATE OF MINNESOTA letterhead for the charges, despite Minnesota law requiring the Order being enforced by MINNESOTA to be filed with the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office. The timing of the trials was orchestrated carefully so the JUDICIAL FRAUD would happen after TIM WALZ was the Governor of Minnesota, and Keith Ellison was the Minnesota Attorney General, because Walz and Ellison would protect the plot.

This MEMO was never used by the public defenders assigned to defend Timothy Charles Holmseth. Holmseth did not know about the MEMO until 2019 when Randi Lynn Erickson, a former administrative tribunal tax judge in Minnesota paid the fees, so Christopher Edward Hallett, CEO, E~Clause LLC, Florida, could obtain all of the records regarding Holmseth in Broward County, Florida. On November 15, 2020, Christopher Hallett was assassinated – shot in the head in his Ocala, Florida home. Hallett had filed Lawful Notification of Process to President Donald Trump and Senator Lindsey Graham on behalf of Timothy Holmseth after Holmseth gave Hallett Power of Attorney.

THE MINNESOTA PLOT TO ASSASSINATE TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH

We have received eyewitness testimony from someone who attended the scheduled trial of STATE OF MINNESOTA vs. TIMOTHY HOLMSETH in Polk County, Minnesota on August 26, 2019, where Holmseth did not show up.

Holmseth is an FBI witness in the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking investigations and Holmseth, an award-winning news reporter, interviewed Michael Picazio in 2009 on a recorded call.

TIMOTHY- MIKE PICAZIO came to ND with REDACTED for your hearing- they were going to kill you there- but they couldn’t find you! I know this because the two friends I met and hung out with there- were standing right beside Kirk when REDACTED threatened to kill you.
About an hour after the threat- Kirk grabbed all 4 of us from the bar and said follow me -don’t ask questions – your safety and mine -depends on it! It was Toto, Dana , Kathy and myself. When we got back to the room he explained that he had just found out that REDACTED REDACTED Mike was there also and that he was a known KILLER !!
He was shaken up himself – so he immediately booted up his computer and got on a call with Christopher Hallett and a couple other people and was telling them what was going on. Then Toto told Kirk that she actually recorded the conversation and it should include the threat to kill Timothy because it recorded most of the conversation. So he uploaded it onto his computer and sure enough – it’s was there loud and clear!!
Remember REDACTED had been at the bar posting shit after the hearing and by the time she came over to the hotel – she was drunk! Her mouth was running out of control and I know as an attorney she knows better but she was shitfaced! She and REDACTED threatened us girls and then they went into the bar because she was looking for Chad Cater – I think that’s his name. She was all up in his face talking and threatening him ! Shortly after that was when Kirk grabbed us from the bar and we all went back to his room.
After a couple of hours passed and things calmed down -Kirk literally walked us all back to our rooms for our safety.
I remember the next morning Kirk was really pissed at Chad because someone told Kirk Chad had gone to his car -later that same evening -and gotten some paperwork and given it to REDACTED. Nobody really mentioned to me what it was – I just know Kirk was really pissed!!!
