The State Capitol in Iowa has been entered by a sovereign military order that operates its own government inside the United States.
Here’s what we know.
On December 7, 2023, KCRG 9 (ABC), reported Controversial Satanic altar on display in Iowa State Capitol building.
KCRG reported, “Lucien Greaves, co-founder of the Satanic Temple, says it’s a symbol of their right to religious freedom”.
“We’re going to really relish the opportunity to be represented in a public forum,” Greaves said. “We don’t have a church on every street corner.”
Greaves didn’t elaborate on the identity of “we”.
However, evidence shows the State of Iowa is in violation of the law because according to Jessie Marie Czebotar, Lucien Greaves is an acting agent of a foreign power that worships murder (which is unlawful and illegal in the United States), was trained by a Nazi named Michael Karkoc, and forced to make war on humanity through ritual satanic abuse mind control programming, which according to Czebotar, involved Greaves and Czebotar watching Greaves’ family be raped and murdered and gutted like animals in an Illinois barn.
On September 19, 2021, Jessie Marie Czebotar signed her name to a notarized statement she prepared for Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), which was subsequently turned over to the United States Army, Criminal Investigation Division, Fort Campbell, as well as being entered into the United States District Court (MN) by former Truth and Taxation Judge Randi Lynn Erickson, who escrowed the affidavit using her license with the Department of Commerce. “In early September of 1981 at age 4-1/2 I witnessed James Volpe and local Masonic law enforcement under him rape and murder family members of my training partner in the System Douglas John Killrush Mysecko (aka Douglas Mesner aka Douglas Misicko aka Lucien Greaves) at their family residence in a suburban of Rockford/Chicago area. Those family members were with his father Mason Todd Killrush. His mother, daughter of Nazi Michael Karkoc, Sarah Mysecko. And 8 year old sister, Alice Mysecko,” Czebotar said.
“That night, Nazi Michael Karkoc became the guardian of Douglas John Killrush Mysecko age 4-1/2 and his 2 year old brother Peter Killrush,” Czebotar said.
“There were about 20 individuals who came to the families home starting about midnight CT. They surrounded the house in black robes with hoods that hung low over the face. In the yard they chanted and burned candles. Then between 1-2 am, James Volpe broke the front door down and some of the men went into the house to retrieve the family members while some remained outside. I was standing with my Proctor Clara Odelia Acker Church in the front left side of the yard facing the front door and by the side walk and road. The men brought Douglas Mysecko out and Clara Church told him to quietly stand by us. We were commanded to watch silently and threatened if we broke that silence that we would suffer same fates,” Czebotar said.
“I remember the family was brought out. Peter who was two years old was placed in the arms of Nazi Michael Karkoc. Karkoc got into a yellow Lincoln vehicle parked on side of road and drove off with Peter. The rest of family was brought and made to kneel by the grass in the low front porch. Todd was on the left with two unidentified men who were part of law enforcement. Each were standing with one foot on one of his legs. They had cuffed his hands bending him and the one on his left was holding his head up by his hair. Sarah had been fighting, so the police had her on her stomach on the grass and were kneeling on her back. Alice was in front of them laying also her face on the ground. James Volpe was on top of Alice. I remember as James pulled up her nightgown, pulled down her panties and with Sarah and Alice screaming he proceeded to rape Alice in front of everyone. When he was done, the Law Enforcement loaded the family into separate black Lincolns. There were four black Lincolns. Myself, Clara Church, and Douglas Mysecko got into the back seat of the front Lincoln and we were driven to a barn that was about 20 minutes outside of Rockford area,” Czebotar said.
“The driveway to barn was in a wooded area. The barn sat in a large opening. The barn doors faced what was used for parking and were swung wide open as we entered area. There was a good amount of hay on the floor of the barn and there were three ropes hanging from the rafters. I remember the family was brought in. Sarah was still screaming and struggling. I was aware that she knew that the System had chosen her son Douglas to be my Protector in the System and she was plotting to escape with the three kids. Todd remained silent the entire time all these things were happening. I remember Clara Church decreed a judgement against the family. Then James raped Alice again on the floor of the barn. She cried after he was done and he put one of the ropes around her neck. Then he proceeded to pull it until she was hanging. He secured it on side of barn wall. I remember Alice peed all over the floor as her parents were hung in the same manor. Then James said, “Hunting time boys”. The Law Enforcement and James pulled out hunting knives and while the three family members were still alive but unable to breath they gutted them,” Czebotar said.
“I remember as this happened I become aware that my Douglas Mysecko was holding his breath. I was fearful that the same would happen to us if I did anything noticeable towards him. But I could not help but reach out to comfort him with my pinky finger till I touched his and I heard him take a breath,” Czebotar said.
“The next day, we were told the narrative of what happened. This was the lie we were to live by. They told us the family had died in a sever car accident. The gas tank had been struck and the bodies badly burned. The funeral was held at St. Peter’s Church in Rockford, IL (now called the Cathedral of St Peters). Former Monsinger Thomas Grady presided over the closed casket service. Douglas was brought in front of the caskets by Michael Karkoc along with his brother Peter. No ever spoke of the event again,” Czebotar said.
“(In 2017 Douglas Mysecko under his pseudo name Lucien Greaves posted the following picture. See Exhibit A,” Czebotar said.
“(Douglas shortly around that time also posted a picture he had drawn of his father and his mother and himself. See Exhibit B. The ring on the had of the man who has his hand on top of Douglas was that of Satanic World Counselman of the Luciferian Brotherhood, Jacob Rothschild. “I am aware of James Volpe having connections to the following Brotherhood Luciferians and served as a Protector of one of the Elite Mother of Darkness for over 40 years. Clara Odelia Acker Church, Douglas Killrush Mysecko, REDACTED, Hillary and Bill Clinton, Barak Obama, Luciferian Elites in the Milwaukie Boater Club and Masonic Law enforcement in the area,” Czebotar said.

On December 12, 2023, Jessie Czebotar took questions on the Telegram radio program Infiltrated by Truth hosted by Alexandra Koukounakis, Canada. Czebotar was asked for her thoughts about the Satanic display in the Iowa capitol.
“It’s an altar. What do you do at an alter? You sacrifice and you worship. It’s also interesting that the alter has highlighted six candles at the base. I’d be interested to know more about the Iowa courthouse and the exact placement of that altar. You know because you see, like basically what they have for the altar you see a goat figure with a cape, that’s all it kind of look like a reddish velvet purple and then over it you see what looks kind of like a red rose with a pentagram in the middle that’s placed on the chest of that goat and then you see right in front of it you know an altar kind of low to the ground – it’s got two higher candles like the Boaz the Joaquin – it’s on a checkered floor and you know in front of that you have this kind of base standing with all these candles on top and then six candles highlighted at the front with a breast or an emblem which is for the Satanic Temple. So you know we’ve talked about how in the Masonic system the checkered floors are used to indicate sacred or bullied ground. They also can be used to indicate where there is a space underneath like a reflection room or a ritual ground. You know I’ve talked about the red roses in the system – that those usually are connected to the Rosicrucian and they also can represent the breeder programs. So, it’s interesting just the choice of the symbols that are within that – you know on this sacred ground you have – and you know I would say you have it set up as an altar representing sacred ground because you have the two candles representing the passageway in that sacred ground to the Enlighted One the Boaz and the Joaquin poles – and who is it highlighting is the Enlighted One its highlighting you know whether that’s supposed to represent Baphomet or Satan himself that’s the question – but you have this highlighting of this goat-headed being as enlightened with brazenly wearing the red rose on his chest – so is there a highlighting of – is there are possibility that there is more underground under that Capitol,” Czebotar said.
JESSIE CZEBOTAR AND THE DELPHI, INDIANA CHILD MURDERS
Jessie Czebotar has performed an analysis of the ritual murders that took place in Delphi, Indiana in 2017, where Liberty German and Abigail Williams were found slaughtered.
