Holmseth provided the city a video of an Australian man, Adrian John Wells, who described being sexually tortured as a child while being trafficked in 1983 by a U.S. military soldier from Arizona named “Craig Randall (Sawman) Sawyer“.
The City of Millersville Police Department is presently conducting a Web-based child sex predator sting called “Operation Clean Sweep” along with Craig Randall (Sawman) Sawyer and his non-profit organization, Veterans For Child Rescue.
The contents of the video are highly disturbing as Wells describes the activities of what he calls a “death cult”.
“Scott Morrison, the prime minister of Australia, stabbed me with a knife in my groin area – through the groin and to other parts of my sexual organs when I was only nine years-old,” Adrian John Wells said.
“As I said I was at Area 51 in the year 1983 … and another man that was with us on site – he was from Arizona – his name is Craig Randall (Sawman) Sawyer – he’s now found on Facebook and Twitter as Vets For Child Rescue – but he wasn’t Vets For Child Rescue then in 1983 – he was a human trafficker working in professional child exploitation. What I mean by professional child exploitation, that’s where they use children in political espionage – that’ why I was kidnapped,” Wells said.
Wells said the military operations involving his trafficking by Craig Sawyer were connected to Jeffrey Epstein. “And I know this because I experienced it as a child. I was in America – I was with Bill Clinton – I was with Hillary Clinton – I was with Jeffrey Epstein – I was with David John Hurley who was trafficking me – I was with Craig Randall Sawman Sawyer who’s in Hollywood become a stuntman. U.S. Navy SEAL, human trafficker, kid basher and pedophile like the rest of them. So what does he advertise himself as after the year 1983 – he left the U.S. Army and became a U.S. Navy SEAL. Now he pretends he’s Vets For Child Rescue,” Well said.

The video contains a slideshow of kidnap, torture, rape, and murder threats sent to Holmseth by Craig Sawyer and members of Veterans For Child Rescue. The video also contains a WANTED/REWARD poster created and published internationally by William Kevin Murtaugh, Craig Randall Sawyer, and others, offering a cash reward for Holmseth.
The video also contains an image posted by William Kevin Murtaugh, Florida, that Murtaugh created with a gun firing a bullet into Holmseth’s head. Federal Court records reveal Murtaugh is believed to actually be the infamous mobster and FBI serial killer James (Whitey) Bulger who was given a new identity by the FBI.
CRAIG SAWYER NAMED AS DEFENDANT IN RICO LAWSUIT BY ATTORNEY STEVEN SCOTT BISS
Craig Randall Sawyer is named as a Defendant in a RICO case drafted by Attorney Steven Scott Biss, Virginia, on behalf of his client, former Administrative Tribunal judge Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota. The Complaint (of which a copy is in the possession of TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS) begins with a description of a torture, rape, murder, and cannibalism event eye witnessed by satanic cult defector Jessie Marie Czebotar. Biss set forth the details of what Czebotar witnessed as a child. Biss explained that Czebotar watched “Craig Sawyer” fasten children to a floor and scald them with hot water to raise their adrenochrome levels while Hillary Rodham Clinton stood by laughing.
