Before President Trump was shot in the head in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13, 2024, another man named Christopher Edward Hallett was shot in the head in Ocala, Florida – but the Hallett assassination ended Hallett’s life with a kill shot at close range.

On February 17, 2025, FOX NEWS reported, “DOGE says it found nearly untraceable budget line item responsible for $4.7T in payments – – – The Treasury Access Symbols, when left blank, made it nearly impossible to trace the payments”.

“The Treasury Access Symbol (TAS) is an identification code linking a Treasury payment to a budget line item (standard financial process),” DOGE wrote in a post on X. “In the Federal Government, the TAS field was optional for ~$4.7 Trillion in payments and was often left blank, making traceability almost impossible. As of Saturday, this is now a required field, increasing insight into where money is actually going.”

The federal court receipt, which Hallett turned over to a trusted colleague before his murder, proved Hallett filed documents in federal court on November 2, 2020.

Two weeks later Hallett was murdered.
