I am examining a recorded telephone call made several weeks ago to the U.S. Army National Guard by someone alerting the National Guard that children are being held in numbered cages and torture chambers in Casper, Wyoming.

On February 12, 2025, DAILY MAIL reported, “Wyoming newspaper tycoon kills himself in a park leaving behind his wife and two children“. The story reported “Vince Bodiford, 62, was found dead late on Monday (February 8, 2025) afternoon in Lions Park, a reserve about a mile from his home in Cheyenne, Wyoming”.
Brian Nesvik is subject to Subpoena in a U.S. Court case filed in Tampa, Florida on December 26, 2024, by Casper, Wyoming residents who fled Wyoming in terror – 8:24-cv-02988 (Neumiller et al v. Neumiller et al) – a case that names the Wyoming National Guard as a “Defendant” along with a long list of other government agencies in a case that involves ABOVE TOP SECRET child weaponization military programs that are secretly funded with black money for industrial level child sex trafficking, torture, murder, cannibalism.
