Holmseth posted a portion of Document 43 – a U.S. Court pleading filed in Tennesse’s Eastern District (Greeneville, TN) under case number 2:23-cv-00011. Yesterday, the Chattanooga law firm CHAMBLISS, BAHNER & STOPHEL filed a MOTION TO STRIKE Document 42.
