‘There better be some FUCKING ARRESTS!!!’ many angry Americans are saying – some screaming.
Don’t hold your breath.
There is a massive criminal and espionage syndicate buried and burrowed deeply into the very fabric of the United States Government and U.S. Institutions that uses the COURTS to cleverly protect their Luciferian enterprise.
You now need to focus on FBI Director Kash Patel.
I’ll show you why.
In 2018 Sarah Westall put me (Timothy Charles Holmseth) into contact with a former CIA agent named Robert David Steele. Westall told me that Steele may help me get his attorney, Steven Scott Biss, to help me. I had been arrested (kidnapped) 4 times by STATE OF MINNESOTA after uncovering Jeffrey Epstein’s child procurement and black-market baby sales operation.
I retained Attorney Biss for $10,000 – almost every last dime I had in the world.
On January 2, 2019, by and through my attorney Steven Scott Biss, I became the Plaintiff in 0:19-cv-60002 – Southern District of Florida (hereby FLORIDA LAWSUIT).
The FLORIDA LAWSUIT detailed how I, an award-winning news reporter and credible FBI witness, was being viciously targeted for revealing what I learned about babies and children being sold on the black market through the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC by an FBI/CIA agent, as well as members of the Florida judicial community who were using CPS and other methods to steal kids and sell them.
The COMPLAINT said in part:

KRUGER: Yeah. I mean she’s actually – she’s not a divorce lawyer – she’s a, she’s a baby seller – she’s a broker – she’s selling babies and kids to couples and she doesn’t care who they are – just give me your money.”
Kruger explained to Holmseth that [REDACTED] associate (a pastor) John Regan (“Regan”) told her that he was a CIA/FBI agent who once reported directly to Washington and a child prostitution ring in Putnam County, Florida. Holmseth was told that Regan worked with [REDACTED] and her husband to sell babies and children, which they moved through the U.S. Embassy using fake medical records and church dossiers. In 2011, Cobra Staubs gave Holmseth a sworn Affidavit that confirmed the following facts:

Note: I learned years later that FBI agent John Regan was actually FBI agent Bob Hamer who became famous on Oprah, Hannity, and other shows. Bob Hamer is now on the Board of Advisors for Veterans For Child Rescue Inc (V4CR) which was formed in April 2017 by Hillary Clinton’s bodyguard, former Navy SEAL TEAM 6 SNIPER Craig Randall (Sawman) Sawyer, immediately after President Donald Trump FIRED scummy retired General Michael Flynn (who had cleverly infiltrated Trump’s world).

Everything was good to go, right?
Nope.
On January 31, 2019, the FLORIDA LAWSUIT was dismissed because Attorney Steven Biss failed to comply with court orders.
The court docket shows: ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH COURT ORDERS. The Clerk is DIRECTED to CLOSE this case and DENY AS MOOT any pending motions.
There went the case of the FBI and CIA and State Department child trafficking through the Ukrainian Embassy in Washinton DC right down the toilet. No TRIAL. All gone through a simple procedural DISMISSAL by a judge.
SPOILER ALERT: That was the DEEP STATE’s plan per Attorney Steven Biss’ wife, Tanya Biss who contacted me after her husband was found in a coma – his office ransacked – and ALL HIS FILES DOWNLOADED by a hacker named Manuel Chavez III (Defango) who said he (Chavez) was employed by the U.S. State Department, and was working with General Michael Flynn and Binnall law Office. Tanya Biss told me her husband is a “spy” from Canada and his job is to rig cases to fail so it will become impossible to sue the media.
DEVIN NUNES
On December 3, 2019, Devin Nunes sued CNN – 3:19-cv-00889 – Eastern District of Virginia.
Devin Nunes’ attorney was Steven Scott Biss.
“The suit alleges that CNN reported that Nunes traveled to Vienna in December 2018, and met with Viktor Shokin, the former Ukrainian prosecutor general, about investigating Joe Biden. The suit claims this is untrue and that Nunes was in Libya, followed by Malta,” Wikipedia said.
Of course – all of Devin Nunes’ cases filed by Attorney Biss failed.
That was the PLAN.
Losing by design.
On December 12, 2020, FOX NEWS reported, “Acting US defense secretary’s chief of staff Kash Patel files $50M defamation lawsuit against CNN – Suit claims CNN engaged in ‘pattern of retaliation and discrimination against Kash'”.
“Patel’s attorney, Steven S. Biss, argued “publication of the Defamatory Statements is part of a general pattern of retaliation and discrimination against Kash” and “a larger conspiracy undertaken between 2018 and the present to discredit Kash through the publication of false statements…” FOX NEWS reported.
On January 21, 2025, the Virginia Court of Appeals ruled against Kash Patel – in favor of CNN.
That was the PLAN.
I eventually learned Attorney Steven Biss legally represented many significant and high-profile figures in the federal government and international intelligence community including former U.S. Secret Service agent Dan Bongino, and the family of scummy retired General Michael Flynn.

Attorney Biss, for a retainer of $10,000 became the attorney of my escrow agent Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota, whose family’s company was being maliciously attacked, and she (Erickson) was personally receiving kidnap, torture, and murder threats (along with me) by VETERANS FOR CHILD RESCUE INC (V4CR) that began flooding into my website in 2020.
V4CR was founded by Hillary Clinton’s bodyguard Craig Randall (Sawman) Sawyer. The threats came from Craig Sawyer, FBI agent Bob Hamer, retired Vice Admiral Charles Moore, and others. Moore gave me Notice that he was friends with U.S. Army General Mark Milley, retired U.S. Army General Michael Flynn, and President Donald Trump.
Attorney Biss telephoned Randi Erickson and advised her that her case met the legal standards of a RICO case and advised her to upgrade it. Erickson took Biss’ advice and paid Biss an additional $20,000 (bringing the total Erickson paid Biss to $30,000).
The RICO case contained affidavits and information that Erickson had escrowed for Jessie Marie Czebotar. Czebotar, who as a child was part of ‘End Time’ ritual training with her childhood friend ELON MUSK, 10 was forced to watch as ELON MUSK and other boys were ritually raped by Cardinal Timothy Dolan at the Vanderbilt Biltmore Mansion in Asheville, North Carolina in the 1980’s – with a statue of Jesus connected to a dildo dipped in blood.
The RICO claimed Erickson was being targeted because she escrowed [protected] Jessie Marie Czebotar’s affidavits.
The RICO Complaint authored by Attorney Biss set forth an eyewitness account by Jessie Marie Czebotar who watched DEFENDANT Craig (Sawman) Sawyer, along with Hillary Rodham Clinton, torture 4 little girls that were chained to a basement floor with scalding hot water whereupon Hillary Clinto ripped the Pineal gland from a little girl’s head and ate it calling it “witches candy”.
Before Attorney Biss ultimately fell into a coma (supposedly) (he’s never been seen or heard from again) he telephoned his client, Randi Lynn Erickson, and told her he was ready to file the RICO against Craig Sawyer and others that detailed the cannibalism. Biss told Erickson he was working with an attorney in Minnesota to file it. Erickson asked Biss to tell her the name of the Minnesota attorney and he refused.
The RICO case of Hillary Clinton murdering children and eating parts of their brain is still PENDING – and Attorney Biss cannot be found.
The PLAN by Attorney Biss and his co-conspirators was to FILE the case and then LOSE THE CASE ON PURPOSE – thus, getting Hillary Clinton and Craig Sawyer OFF THE HOOK.
