Justin Foley, an Ohio school teacher, has been federally charged in U.S. Court with “Distribution, Receipt, and Possession of child pornography/visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit activity”.

The real story behind the arrest of Richard Allen for the double murder of Abigail Williams and Liberty German, Delphi, Indiana appears to be trickling out.
It actually starts in Ohio.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation has taken over the child pornography case of Justin Robert Foley. Foley is the Columbus, Ohio school teacher who was indicted on child porn charges by a Delaware County Grand Jury in September 2022.
On November 8, 2022, the FBI filed a COMPLAINT with supporting affidavit with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio to arrest Foley for crimes of sexual exploitation of a child, distribution, and receipt of child pornography.
The Foley child pornography arrest in Ohio may have been instrumental in the recent arrest of Richard Allen in the five years long investigation into the double-murder of Abigail Williams and Liberty German in Delphi, Indiana.
It’s all linked to a single photograph.
After Foley’s initial arrest in Delaware County in September 2022, the investigator for the State’s prosecution against Foley received a call from Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota. Erickson called the investigator because she believed she had information about the Foley case. Erickson told the investigator she believed a woman from Ohio named Alexandria Goddard may know Foley and may be involved with Foley and his child porn operation.
Erickson explained to the investigator that on August 13, 2022, Goddard texted a close-up photo of a vagina to her. The small female’s face in the nude photo was not shown. The vagina had no hair around it. Erickson explained she believed Goddard and Foley may know each other. Erickson suggested the investigator compare the vagina photo Goddard texted, to the photos seized by law enforcement from Foley, to see if the image matches any of the Foley child porn images. Erickson also specifically told the investigator she believed Goddard tried to frame her (Erickson) by texting it to her phone.
Dates are key and may lead to the Delphi murders.
The Delaware Police Department, Ohio, received a tip on August 16, 2022, from the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. The tip involved a Google account that was owned/operated by Foley. The account contained 46 suspected children pornography image files, several of them being teenage girls between the ages of 12-16.
Facts and circumstances strongly suggest the Foley child pornography arrest is connected to the sudden explosion of activity in the Delphi, Indiana double-murder investigation regarding the murder of two young girls, Abigail Williams and Liberty German, in 2017.
Here’s why.
On August 13, 2022, Alexandria Goddard, Ohio, abruptly texted a close-up faceless photo of a small hairless vagina on the body of a small female to Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota.
Goddard then gleefully told Erickson there would soon be posters hanging up everywhere “all over town” with her face and the word “PEDOPHILE”.
Goddard began viciously targeting Erickson and her family in 2019 after Erickson escrowed child trafficking and crimes against humanity evidence that had been gathered by award-winning news reporter, investigative journalist, and credible FBI witness, Timothy Charles Holmseth.
Erickson, 62, a mother and grandmother, has no criminal record, holds multiple licenses in Minnesota and Florida, is a former elected official, former Truth and Taxation judge, and passes regular background checks by the FBI.
Erickson told Goddard she would be reporting Goddard to law enforcement in Ohio.
Goddard quickly reported Erickson (and Holmseth) to the Martins Ferry Police Department in Ohio for “stalking” – the Belmont County Court’s website shows the STATE OF OHIO charged Erickson and Holmseth for stalking someone on August 12, 2022. Remember – Goddard texted the image of the vagina on August 13, 2022 – the NEXT DAY.
Goddard is a psychotic sexual predator who openly boasts and brags to the media that she once plotted a kidnapping with some Ohio police. Goddard laughs and brags in published interviews that they lured a man to a location, handcuffed him naked to a bed, sexually tortured him with “hot sauce”, and then released him naked into the Ohio winter.
Facts make it clear Goddard was attempting to frame Erickson by planting the photo of the vagina on Erickson’s telephone.
The extortion threats by Goddard and the photo of the small female’s vagina were submitted to the FBI, Ohio Attorney General, and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
On October 31, 2022, law enforcement in Indiana announced they arrested Richard Allen and charged him with two counts of murder in the Delphi case.
After the arrest of Richard Allen in the Delphi murder case, Holmseth submitted the vagina photo to the Indiana State Police.
Goddard logged into Twitter and announced Holmseth was going to be charged in Belmont County, Ohio for submitting the photo and tip to the Indiana State Police.
The timeline of events shows the Justin Foley child porn case, and the Delphi murders are connected.

August 11, 2022 – Alexandria Goddard emailed Randi Lynn Erickson. Goddard suggested Erickson was jealous of Goddard. Goddard told Erickson to kiss her ass.
August 12, 2022 – Randi Erickson replied to Alexandria Goddard and told her she (Erickson) had just interviewed Levi Page’s neighbor and would soon be interviewing Goddard’s neighbor.
August 12, 2022 – Randi Erickson emailed Alexandria Goddard and asked her if she had any neighbors, she would like Erickson to interview.
August 12, 2022 – Alexandria Goddard emailed Randi Erickson and said, “FAFO”. [Fuck Around and Find Out].
August 12, 2022 – Alexandria Goddard telephoned the business telephone of the family business owned by Randi Erickson’s husband and family and left a message. Goddard telephoned from a California area code.
August 12, 2022 – Randi Erickson calls Alexandria Goddard back at the California area code number and leaves a message.
August 12, 2022 – An extensive text message exchange ensues between Randi Erickson and Alexandria Goddard.
August 13, 2022 – Alexandria Goddard, unsolicited and unexpected, transmitted a photo of a small female’s vagina to Randi Erickson.
August 13, 2022 – Alexandria Goddard warned Randi Erickson that she was going to contact Randi Erickson’s husband and family and warn them that if they didn’t take action against her (Erickson) she (Goddard) was going to have Erickson put in jail.
- Goddard also told Erickson that soon there would be posters hanging up for the public to see that showed Erickson’s face and said the word “Pedophile”
- Goddard also repeatedly, over and over and over, taunted Erickson to come to her home in Martins Ferry, Ohio. Goddard categorically stated she was in no way afraid of Erickson.
August 16, 2022 – Martins Ferry Police Department in Ohio charges Randi Erickson and Timothy Holmseth with ‘stalking’. Goddard would later say on From The Desk of Murtwitnessonelive that she (Goddard) made the complaint to the police (Goddard further states the STATE OF OHIO brought the charges and she (Goddard) would never have to appear at any hearing, ever.
- The offense date of the (false, phony, and fraudulent) stalking charges is listed on the Belmont County Courts website as August 12, 2022. On August 12, 2022, Holmseth and Erickson were not together. On August 12, 2022, neither Holmseth nor Erickson were in the State of Ohio. Holmseth has never communicated with Goddard in his entire life.
August 19, 2022 – Alexandria Goddard’s co-host on ‘Crime and Scandal’ which is published out of Dover, Tennessee by Levi Page, announced the ‘stalking’ charges against Randi Erickson and Timothy Holmseth and featured screenshots from the Belmont County Court’s website to prove it.
August 19, 2022 – Indiana State Troopers petitioned Miami [Indiana] Circuit Court August 19th to permit detectives to temporarily take custody of Kegan Kline, a Peru man facing 30 counts of child pornography whose name has been linked to the investigation of the murders of Libby German and Abby Williams beneath the Monon High Bridge along Deer Creek east of Delphi on February 13, 2017.
August 20, 2022 – William Kevin Murtaugh, host, From The Desk of Murtwitnessonelive produces a similar show on You Tube to announce the ‘stalking’ charges.
August 20, 2022 – Randi Erickson telephones the Belmont County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) to file a report regarding the photo of the small naked female, as well as elder abuse for acts of harassment by Goddard and others who were terrorizing Erickson’s husband while he was in chemotherapy and bone marrow treatment. BCSO refused to take a report. BCSO said Erickson needed to file the report to Martins Ferry Police Department.
August 23, 2022 – Randi Erickson telephoned Martins Ferry Police Department to file a report. Erickson was told she would receive a call back. She received no call back.
August 25, 2022 – FOX NEWS reports, “INDIANAPOLIS — A pair of court filings and a search of the Wabash River in Peru may indicate movement in the probe of the murders of two girls in Delphi in the winter of 2017, according to a retired veteran police investigator.” “Court documents first revealed by the podcast The Murder Sheet indicated that Indiana State Troopers petitioned Miami [Indiana] Circuit Court August 19th to permit detectives to temporarily take custody of Kegan Kline, a Peru man facing 30 counts of child pornography whose name has been linked to the investigation of the murders of Libby German and Abby Williams beneath the Monon High Bridge along Deer Creek east of Delphi on February 13, 2017.”
August 27, 2022 – Timothy Holmseth contacted the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation in regard to a previous detailed report he (Holmseth) filed with the TBI regarding a human/child sex trafficking operation and the missing child Summer Wells.
September 1, 2022 – Randi Erickson and Timothy Holmseth traveled to the TBI headquarters in Nashville. Erickson and Holmseth met with two agents. Erickson presented the photo of the small naked female to the agents.
September 13, 2022 – Timothy Holmseth swore-out an affidavit and submitted it to the Belmont County Clerk of Court, as well as a copy to the Prosecutor for the County, Kevin Flanagan. Holmseth included a USB drive that contained the entire text exchange between Alexandria Goddard and Randi Erickson. The text exchange included the image of the small female’s vagina. Holmseth confronted Belmont County for mailing documents to Holmseth at an address Holmseth had not resided at for years. Holmseth told Belmont County they were violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act and the Hobbs Act.
September 14, 2022 – Randi Lynn Erickson submitted a sworn affidavit to the Belmont County Courts. Erickson confronted Belmont County for not getting her mailing address correct. Erickson holds so many licenses and has lived at the same address for over 30 years that it would be virtually impossible for the STATE OF OHIO to get her address wrong.
September 20, 2022 – Justin Robert Foley was arrested in Ohio on charges involving child pornography.
- Timothy Holmseth observed the news was reporting the Justin Foley arrest was initiated by a tip received on August 16, 2022, by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Holmseth observed that was the exact same date Belmont County filed false stalking charges against Randi Erickson and himself).
September 24, 2022 – FOX NEWS reports, “DELPHI, Ind. — Despite the circulation of rumors online, Indiana State Police have not confirmed any arrests in relation to the Delphi murders and say there is “nothing imminent”. “
October 11, 2022 – TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS reports there is a video on a Bitchute account called The_High_Command that features Randi Erickson talking to the investigator on the Justin Foley child pornography case. Erickson tells the investigator she believes Alexandria Goddard may have known Justin Foley. Erickson asks the investigator to obtain a copy of the ‘vagina’ photo that Timothy Holmseth submitted to the Belmont County Court, and asks him to investigate whether or not the same photo appears in the seized photos/videos that were taken from Justin Foley.
October 28, 2022 – rumors are swirling that an arrest has been made in the Delphi, Indiana double-murder of Abigail Williams and Liberty German. Alexandria Goddard and Levi Page appear on Websleuths You Tube program to discuss the developments. Goddard proactively suggests that the murder of ‘Abby and Libby’ may have been filmed for “snuff”.
October 31, 2022 – The Indiana State Police and the Delphi Double-Murder Task Force hold a press conference and announce Richard Allen has been charged with two counts of murder. The FBI is not present for the press conference.
November 1, 2022 – Indiana State Police superintendent Douglas Carter receives information from Timothy Holmseth which includes the image of the vagina that was texted to Randi Erickson by Alexandria Goddard.
November 1, 2022 – Goddard logs into Twitter and announces she is going to refer Holmseth for “additional charges” by the Martins Ferry Police and Prosecutor in Ohio, because, Goddard said, Holmseth sent in a tip to the Indiana State Police about the vagina photo.
November 8, 2022 – The FBI files a Complaint in the Justin Foley child pornography case and takes over the prosecution.
